All I know is my Chinese friend told me to never skip breakfast because it ages your skin. But I'm 60+ years old not and don't feel like eating when I wake up in the morning. I wait a couple of hours. As for lunch? Sometimes I eat. Sometimes I skip. Dinner? Have to fix for my husband so I eat too!
