My Blogging History : BlogJob Times Two

Back in January 2016, I published two posts about BlogJob which should both be ignored, unless you just want to know my blogging history / experiences. If so, here are the links:

Adventures in BlogJobbing – Clarified

It’s the third month of 2017 and I am sharing this update to let others know that even though the Points Rewards System was discontinued, I did not remove my blog. Why?

Well the obvious reason is … because the site owners did not tell me that I had to! Yes they announced that people could no longer accumulate points and earn income. But they did not tack on to the announcement: “By the way, if you have blogs at our site, kindly remove them because we don’t want you here!” They said no such thing. So there was never a question of “Should I stay or should I go?” They didn’t tell me to leave, so I stayed and changed the name of my blog from “Cmoneyspinner Keeps on Blogging” to “My Pain, Your Gain”.

This is one of my favorite posts at that blog:

Not only did I stay but a fellow blogger talked me into publishing a brand new blog! Why? Uuuhhh … why not? My friend is currently publishing eleven (11) blogs. Eleven!!! Can you imagine?  I reasoned if she can manage more than 10 blogs, I could probably handle at least two. Right? So now I have two blogs at this site. Link to my second blog. Currently, I publish about 2 posts each month at both blogs. That’s about all I can handle.

BlogJob still has a revenue-share plan for those who have Google Ad Sense and allows affiliate product links and lets blog publishers keep 100% of commissions earned.

Plus BlogJob has a fairly decent search engine ranking and those who have blogs within this community benefit from that SEO ranking, because it enhances your online visibility, presence and reputation.

    • When I registered at BlogJob at the invitation of a friend online, it didn't register me. Instead it gave me a notification that it cannot accept new members anymore. After about a month, I was told that it quit paying.

But like you said, you have a blog there still. And i Suppose it still earns from exposure from viewers but not from BlogJob anymore.

Someone said that it will be back soon into an earning site. I don't think I am interested anymore though.

      • I don't think the BlogJob that used to exist will ever come back. I'm not sure what the owners plan but I do hope they give us notice and not shut down without a warning.

    • I searched for that site when many online writers were talking about it, but I did not register. Please update us when it becomes lively again.
