It’s camping time. The Boy Scouts moment.
That includes my two sons, VJ who is currently at Grade 6 and Jaeden who is at Grade 5. The good news, VJ was chosen as the scout troop leader of their school by their scout commander. Because of that, he was in the frontline of their troop in every activity and program they do in their camping site.
The camping started today, Friday, and will end on Sunday. My kids went to Apatot Elementary School in the district of San Esteban. The kids woke up early this morning and took a bath very early. Actually, their things which they need to bring with them were already packed up a day before their camping. That is a pretty preparation for the excited kids for camping.
This is the second time for VJ and the first time for Jaeden. My Jaeden was more excited than his big brother. They have been practicing how to tie a knot which they intend to participate in the contest. They also keep on telling the firewood their teacher told them to bring.
This afternoon, me and my wife Lisa went to see them in their camping site. A program was being held so they are in the line=up and we cannot talk to them immediately. After a while, my wife saw them and has some chat with them. There seems to be no problem with their situation. They are enjoying the time.
I believe it’s part of their development so I never stop them for joining Boy Scout. I know it’s hard for us and for them but this is one way of making them learn the way of living. Someday when they grow up, their experience here will be one of their greatest memories in their childhood. I should not take that away from them.
After three days, I know there’s gonna be a lot of happy stories from them to tell us—their family.###

Very nice your son vj was chosen the leader of scouts it is a very full news for all of us because children are angels on earth.It is a good activity for the children to keep their brains and mind active. Such types of activities improve mental and spiritual power within the children.
While on the other hand, it develops the children's confidence since childhood and in future it proves very decisive in future building. I think every child must take part in such activities.
