How to Sleep and Wake Up?

A recent study has found that people who sleep quickly put on weight. How to wake up? It is important to get moving after you wake up. Get up at once in the morning after waking up and do not lie in the bed. If you wake up and lay in bed for more than twenty minutes, your energy for the day will be greatly reduced. Experts have identified different recommendations for men and women. Men need to get out of bed quickly, especially in the army, and women, on the contrary, can soak up a little in the bed.

The history of sleep is closely linked with the history of all mankind. There are lots and lots of people in the world who want a good night’s sleep. The world has always wanted to have control over dreams. For example, people who lived in earlier times could not afford to sleep more than six hours a day. This was due to the fact that a person in a dream might become a victim of dark forces and so was simply afraid to sleep for many hours in a row. With the dawn of free enterprise, the dream began to be considered a luxury.

We had to work hard to build factories, produce goods and to grow products. The working day usually lasts sixteen hours in the modern world. The well-known adage ‘time is money’ does not give much time for sleep. At the initiative of the World Health Organization, the World Sleep Day was established which is celebrated on the third Friday in March. On this day, a conference on sleep problems is held around the world because it significantly affects human health. Losing two to three hours of sleep leads to a reduction of attention, 50% of traffic accidents at night occur due to sleepiness.

How does exercising in the morning contribute to sleeping better? For starters, you need to develop a solid morning routine, which directly effects your evening rituals. Early morning cardio gives you a reason to get out of bed, and keeps you from hitting that snooze button, which will help you to get to bed easier the next night. Aim for 30 mins, whether its a jog on the treadmill, a walk with the dog, or a Jazzercise routine.

If diet and exercise contribute to sleep, so does a quiet mind. Take that cup of herbal tea and sit down with some light reading to relax your mind.

    • Sleep -- this is a much talked about topic nowadays. It is seen that sleep is getting reduced as age increases. When a child is born it sleeps for 20 hours and slowly it is getting reduced year after year. At 60+ normally most of us including myself find it difficult to get immediate sleep. It is also true ailments will not crop up if one gets sufficient sleep. good day
