What earns more at Literacy Base

Here is what Literacy Base wants us to blog on

“Help people

Resolve problems

Learn new

Share what you know

Find some inspiration”

and more importantly

Fix the puzzle of information out of scrap

You will find this in their ‘About‘ page.

It is my observation as well that whenever I write about what my pet did or what is blooming in my garden I hardly earn anything there but when I write about what I did to cure my pet of her losing her coat or how I grow my roses that got Literacy Base’s attention.

If our blogs are based on what is listed by Literacy Base there is bound to be income here and that will not be difficult. As our experiences tell us stories on how we have surmounted difficulties in our life and that alone would be enough for the world to learn from.

Just make a list of all the challenges you have faced and write a 300 worded blog. Writing more will surely get better earnings.

I received just 5 cents on a blog I wrote about the photos I took but failed to explain how to get the best focus and such stuff that could have helped readers at large.

Your blog therefore should aim at helping people in the area of resolving their problems, and tell them about what you know. There are countless subjects that you are adept at and this you could achieve through your own experience, through others and also through reading. This could be shared here for the benefit of readers.

Having said that if you still feel you want to share your happiness do so regardless of what you might earn.

I took some time and went through the several blogs I have submitted here and it shows. Where I have shared knowledge got more earnings than where I just bragged about what I did during my holidays abroad, or what my pets did, what flowers grow in my garden.

Instead of posting rants in groups and forums it is best that we understand what Literacy Base is expecting of us. Going through their FAQs, Terms of Conditions and the About page will get you a good footing to be successful here.

And do not forget to share your blogs with other social networking sites.

Good Luck with your efforts.

    • thanks for your share.
I too had noticed what went wrong with my 10 cent post of rant which had 700 words in it.

I had realized that literacyBase isn't the site for rants but more of How to, What is and health matters are well paid here.
At the moment, I had noticed that if my posts earned 22 cents, I need to add in the ingredients contents, what are they, how to, then I can earn this amount.

Otherwise I would be earning 15 cents if I leave them out.

I think Kyla earns the most here.

Her posts are superb, full and detail.
      Maybe you can ask her

      • @peachpurple I think I probably have earned the most per post here, but there are lots of others who earn more per month than I do.

I think you and Grace are right: if we want to earn, we need to produce the kind of content that a site wants. Most sites want things that are of interest to the general public. Usually, sites want how-to and DIY content, recipes and instructions/patterns for crafts, and that sort of thing.

    • thank you for this! seems like LB is looking for ways to help others improve their lives by sharing what we know.

    • @oksummer

And it is not difficult at all. Our life is a book of knowledge and so let's share what we picked up along the way of our life's journey.

    • This site is also not the best site to rely one. It gives very low rate.It takes everyone plentiful weeks to redeem.

    • Titles that start with "how to" generally get more visitors and are more useful to the readers.
Many boring topics are great income pullers, such as how to clean the oven or how to get rid of acne.

    • You are right. It isn't like other writing sites where we earn for whatever we blog about. Informational posts earn here better than the rest.

      • @shaloo walia And it is not difficult at all to produce such blogs, taking leaves from our
        own book of experience.
