For workout you can use strength training and high intensity interval training. Workout takes place for the purpose of improving one or more aspects of physical fitness. High intensity interval training is a constant change of high and low intensity exercises. This can be sprints – over half a minute at maximum capacity and slow going for one minute. It can be training with weights and dumbbells. It also may be carried out with your body weight changing push-ups, jump, pull-ups, and the like. Such exercises are useful because during the workout works the entire body system, the body uses more oxygen, strengthen the circulatory system and the heart, improving endurance. No less useful are lasting effects after a workout, when the body absorbs nutrients more efficiently, and can burn up unwanted fat.
