South Africa Beat pakistan in 5th ODI of Bilateral Series, 2008

Pakistan was scheduled to play a 5 Match One Day International series in South Africa in Year, 2008.

The 5th and Final One Day International Match was to be played on The Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa on 14th Feb., 2008.

South Africa was required to score 154 runs in 50 over’s to win this match and series and only required to have 3 runs per over run rate.

South Africa batted superbly well and were able to chase the target in only 28.2 over’s at the loss of only 1 wicket and top scored by Both Jacques k and Ab De Villiers as both made 71 runs in 89 and 86 balls respectively with 8 4’s and 1 six by J kallis and 7 4’s and 2 sixes by Ab De Villiers.

South Africa won the match by 9 wickets and Series as well.

S Pollock was both Man of the match and Man of the series.
