@Shavkat, all you have to do is go to the Registry of deeds you will find there the original title of the property of your grandparents . If it is not titled, get the tax declaration and have it subdivided through a land surveyor. Also, go to the department of land transportation to get the blue print. I had the same problem as yours in the past when someone wanted to claim our parents 10 hectares coconut farm. Our third degree relatives never prospered for we have on hand the tax declaration which we subdivided and applied for extra judicial partition for individual titling. |
