I knew many filipino through online sites, first at bitLanders, blogjob, and now here.

My impression of them is they love their country and really proud to share about it – which for me is important because who else will be the best ambasadors for a country if not their own citizen?

Well, to added the list of people from South East Asia (there are @kaka135 and @peachpurple from Malaysia and @gracy095 and @jentleheart from Philippines )

I’m from Indonesia. ^^

About my country? It’s HOT! 😛

As the country that passed by tropical line, there’s 4 type of weather in here: rain (but only 3 months a year), hot, really hot, and very very HOT. LoL

The average weather is 32 C and it’s not difficult to get sweaty in here.

2 best things from my country:

1. The culture.

We have 32 provinces, 5 big islands and severals tiny islands, and hundres of local races. So, there’s lots of local language, traditions, and foods.

Even on this modern era, most of Indonesian still follow their traditions, so they still held ceremony procedure based on their traditions  such as wedding, funeral, and baby born.

2. The Nature

Because our country consist of hundreds of island, so you may found almost every type of nature  – mountaint, beach, lake, river, ocean, waterfall, you named it.

If you love the chill, you can climb the mountains or enjoy the view of the city at the hilltop. Or if you love get wet enjoy the waves or snorkling to see the underworld. :).

My home town is in West Sumatra (precisely where the tropical line crossed – don’t ask me how hot in there :P). And now i lived in Jakarta, Central Java.

— Edit: And while i write this, the rain just pouring. LoL

@morgoodie

Thank you 🙂

I had 3 different  sizes, from top to bottom: 1m, 80cm, and the rest 60cm.

Ah.. you collect knick knacks, my friend asked me to made it for them to display her lego collection. Its also nice to display your collectibles.

At first she asked me where i bought that, and i said i made it and only need to spent around $25 for the hanging shelves – the mdf, paint, attachement and coating (i made 5) – while if you buy on the store in my country, you need to pay around $80 each LOL

If you want to make it, here my tips:

– adjust the wall attachment based on what you’ll put on top of it. If it something heavy like books, used the stronger and wide one, while for light collectibles  you can use the small one.

Let me share another work of mine. This one is not my recent finished project though. I think i finsihed this one several months ago. This was the first time i tried gradients  techniques  – so it’s still far from perfect, and i used baby oil to created the effect.

Snow White

This one from different coloring book that i had shared before. This coloring book contains  images that inspired from fairytales story. I found this book is really fun because it’s like back to my childhood  time and enjoy the nostalgic stories 🙂

Could you guess from which story this one is?

Enjoy ^^

@kaka135

The coloring apps it’s quite easy to use, you just need to tap on an area and it automatically colored it. It’s so easy and you will never messed  up because the color will always inside the line and you can undo it if you don’t like the color 🙂

But i prefer to used the apps for trying mixing the color, to check how this color pair with that color, the i can apply it on traditional coloring book.

@gracy095

Indeed! It will help you releasing  your stress, hows your new work? Wish you a good luck in there ^^

Have you tried the apps? Wait for you to share your works in here 🙂

Not at all LOL

I’m not good with scissors and i don’t want to mess up with others head nor mine 😛

I always go to saloon everytime i want to trim my hair or get new hair cut. However, when i was in elementary, my aunt also done my hair cut, either for add some layer or trimmed  it if it’s too long – especially for my bangs. She went to hair styling school so she’s kinda expert. 😛

As i child, i think everyone has their regrets about their parents. But i believed that every parents already proud with their child no mater what his or her conditions.

I do also have regrets with my father, because i can’t spend lots of time with him. He passed away really soon – when i’m still 23 yo,

Still i’m little kid i severely saw him at home, his job required him to go to several city around of my country. He worked at Indonesia electricity provider company, so he need to go around to control the establishment of electricity tower in my country.

After i born, he only be able to come home once a week, arrived at the morning Saturday and need to go again on the Sunday night. And when i’m at Senior High School, he only able to come home twice per month, because he need to control the project in difference province, and then because once a month. And when i was in High School, he only able to come home once per 3 months, and he need to live alone in that area because it’s not possible for him to come back once a month like he used to be.

Most of his friend at that time, must brought their family to move with them – because they can come home as often as before. But my father insist that we don’t need to move with him because he consider me and brother education. The city that he need to finished that project is in rural area, and the educations system is not as good as my city because we live in big city. Then, he scarifies to live alone and come back once per 3 months. Then, i study aboard and we only can meet once in a year, when i have holiday.

If i count, how many day that i meet with him personally, i think it’s not more than 365 days of my 23 years. But, i never felt that he’s not here with me. He always calling me like minimum 8 times a day – 5 times to remind me to pray, and 3 times to remind me to eat. LOL (I even got teased by my friend that said my father is more like my boyfriend :P)

So what my point is, i think you are really lucky to still be able to hug and see him in person until now. You really need to enjoy his birthdays, don’t over think that you’re not able to make him proud, because by being who you are and being healthy is more important for him, – i really do believed it.

And happy birthday to your father from me 🙂

I’m totally coffee addict, can’t survive a day without it 😛

I drink at least 4 cups coffee a day, to start my day, in the middle of day, around 4pm, and at night when i enjoy my leisure time.

But when i have a lot of works then, the number just jump up 😛

I know it’s not really good to get addict with caffeine, but i already on the stage that i’m gonna get headache and my brain seems can’t work if i didn’t have any coffee.

I also drink tea, but only sweet tea and lemon tea. Not a fan of green tea, it’s too bitter for me

Thank you for sharing.

What i really like about folk story is there’s always something that we could learn.

For me , it can be a reminder for us about good value and attitude that will bring better to us the the others 🙂

May 12, 2016 at 5:37 pm

Hmm…

I wouldn’t change anything but if i get this opportunity i’ll be back to a specific time – before my dad passed away, so i can enjoy and feel that time once again, simply because i miss him.

I may not request 1 hour, I feel really blissful if i can do that for 5 minutes. 🙂

May 12, 2016 at 5:29 pm

Half way to hit my $1 , i’m not really active 🙂
But i talking with all of you is a pleasant experience and i believed that if you do something that you enjoy, the money will come by itself.

Fantasy, Adventure, Phycology, and Sci-fi are my favorite genres, and when a story on those genre brought to the cinema. Most of the time i read the book first before i watched the movie.

But the vice versa usually happens  when the genre is romance or drama. I knew the book after i watched the movie. And if i love the movie i’ll definitely  will buy the book or ebook to added it to my collections 🙂
