India beaten by Zimbabwe in 2nd T 20 Match, series 2015

India was scheduled to play a 2 Match T 20 International Series in Zimbabwe in 2015. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series. The 2nd T 20 international match was to be played on Harare Sports Club, Harare, Zimbabwe on 19th July, 2015. India already won the One Day international series 3-0 and this series would be very interesting as well. India won the 1^st T 20 match.

Zimbabwe batted very well and aggressively and was able to post total of 145 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 7 wickets and with top scores of Zimbabwe Star batsman Chamu C who made 67 runs in 51 balls with 9 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 131 runs in 100 balls and Hamilton M who made 19 runs in 17 balls with 1 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 112 runs in 100 balls.

India was needed to score 146 runs in 20 over’s to win this match and series 2-0.

India started well and aggressively but lost its way in the middle and end over’s and was only able to make 135 runs in 20 over’s and was lost 9 wickets and top scored by Robin U who made 42 runs in 25 balls with 9 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 168 runs in 100 balls.

Zimbabwe won the match by 10 runs and ties the series 1-1.
