India was scheduled to play a 7 Match T 20 International series in New Zealand in 2009. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series and who batted very well  will be crowned as the winner after the series as they are ranked at 2 and 5. New Zealand batted well but was unable to chase the target of 171 runs and was only able to make 165 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 9 wickets and lost the game by 5 runs and with top contributions from Jesse R who made 60 runs in 40 balls with 5 4’s and 2 sixes at the strike rate of 150 runs in 100 balls.

India won the match by 5 runs and series ends at 7-0 in favor of India.
