Eat Your Veggies! No Problem. RAW or Cooked? (O.o)
So you hear or read all this buzz from the health or food experts about eating raw veggies and you try to find creative ways to do that like juicing them or incorporating them into smoothie drinks. Then, of course, you find an article that says certain vegetables are even better if you cook them!! UUUHHGGG!!!
On the plus side, it turns out these are veggies I cook most of the time anyway!
