England was scheduled to play a 5 Match One Day International Series in South Africa in 2016. This series was important as both teams were preparing for the T 20 World Cup to be played later in India in 2016. The 3rd One Day International Match was to be played on Super Sport Park, Centurion, South Africa on 9th Feb, 2016. England already lead the series 2-0 as they won both their two matches against S A.
