Cricket is just not a Game for us it’s like a Religion. As it’s an International Blogging website so many are not aware of what Cricket is. It’s a Game a sports activity played between two teams. Cricket was evolved and started By England or we can say the Britisher’s as they ruled India for many years. So Indians were also used to play that game very perfectly. Cricket is played on 22 yards strip which is called Pitch and is made of hard clay or red clay which is it composed of. On both sides of this strip three stumps which are made of wood are placed and on the stumps bails are placed.
Two persons from batting side will start the proceedings with bat, one taking the strike and other one stands on another side of the strip. The ground on which it is played is in oval shape and these days no rule is assigned to the, measurement of the Ground as many Grounds have dimensions of 60 meters and some even have more then 80 as well. Australia has the biggest Grounds in the world. Cricket is governed by a Independent body and is called the ICC. Its Stands for International Cricket Council, it is currently handed by and taken over by Indian Industrialist Mr. Shashank Manohar, previously he was officiated the BCCI which is Board of control for Cricket in India. Cricket is a game closely related to Baseball as well but in many ways it’s a broader game then baseball. Baseball is popular in only some countries whereas cricket is popular in many Countries of the World.
To Name the main Giant countries which play cricket are India, Bangladesh, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, New Zealand, England, Australia, West Indies, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Netherlands or the Holland, Ireland.
Though Nepal, Afghanistan, Canada, Scotland, Dubai and many other more countries are added to expand the game as well. But still Football is the most Popular game of the World.
