An Insight to life with mental illnesses

I have several mental illnesses, I suffer from PTSD, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, clinical depression with manic episodes, and anxiety. Every day is a struggle for me, whether it’s taking the bus, walking or even staying home.

I live most of my life at home because every time I leave my anxiety spikes. I can be sitting home in my bed watching TV and a certain commercial can come on and my anxiety gets bad. Now I can’t tell my loved ones the extent of my illness, because most don’t understand. Most people believe that it just acting but the truth is that it’s not, it’s part of the illness.

My best friend understands everything I go through because she too has these illnesses. Most all of it run in my family and it’s not good, my brother has schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and he is a sociopath. My little sister she is too young to determine if she has any.

Everything changes when you live with someone like this. The constant mood changes, the ups and the downs, everything is just so different. The ups can be high but the downs are get bad.  You never know what will happen next or what mood they will be in, our moods change quickly from one to another. Especially when you’re trying to hide your depression from others, I always woke up and put a smile on my face and no one ever knew I suffered from depression and only one person could decode me and that was my uncle. When he found out it was when I was in a low place. The only reason my uncle knew was because he too suffers from depression, and he knows the warning signs so he knows what to look for, when he confronted me about it I just kept denying everything.

    • Mental illness if nothing but all problem of mind and mental illness is the deficiency of calcium and phosphorus due to which human communication problem starts in practical life. When human blood calcium upsets mental problems start anon without obstacle.

Calcium makes flexible human arteries and veins and make harder bones and teeth but people do not pay any attention to it and fall prey to different types of metal diseases.

Human mood change with the passage of time because mood rests of human negative thinking I personally think that we all must use minerals and vitamins in our daily diets to maintain mental health in daily routine,
