Being happy inside and out, because you know that there is a greater being who helps and guide you all throughout the day, is one way of motivating one’s self for alway looking forward to a new day.
Reading the Bible is one way of keeping ourselves happy. It helps us clear our misgivings about things and makes us hopeful of good things to come.
Taking care of our body too can help us- it keeps us healthy.Exercise indeed and healthy eating habits are great in keeping us healthy. Health is wealth.
Having a supportive family too is one way of keeping ourselves happy
And when we are always happy, we feel rich. That’s because richness doesn’t come from having lots of money but from being happy and contented.
