Nice post so informative. I do not have Instagram. I might create soon.

I prefer Twitter and Facebook. Instagram didn’t offer what I needed but it may work for others. Promoting is very important and one should use those tools where they’re able to reach a wide audience. One has to be patient and understand that it takes time for people to get accustom to products, the seller, and the advertiser. Social Media helps in so many ways and we must learn which ones are more effective.

Definitely be a support to the person. I would say though instead of sweet candies, I used carrots, celery to munch on. Yeah, I quit on my own over 3 years. Once he smoker knows when they really “want” a cigarette..they’ll find that it was just a habit and you can replace it with healthier things.

If everyone in his workplace smokes, it is impossible for him to quit smoking.
He has to change his job in this case. -
Others find it hard to quit smoking, but for the sake of life and and love, they have to fight for their unwillingness. My sea man brother has able to quit smoking after having been diagnosed sick of Hepatitis B. He was forced to quit and job no more. He is well now and have a business of his own. What he did to forget the desire of smoking was to chew gum and eat some candies then gradually he forgot his desire to smoke.

Smoking I itself is a hard task. You cannot do it yourself, someone has to walk with you always. Talking about it alone won’t make someone to quit smoking, encouragement alone won’t stop him. it all starts with th3 individual. If you want to quit smoking it has to come from within you have to be willing to change and make a difference that way if someone came and spoke to you about quitting, then they encourage you daily and even offer to give you something that would substitute the smoking that way you will manage to quit the smoking. I remember I had a friend who smiled so much after every hour he has to smoke. So I challenged him and told him that he should try eating a sausage each time he feels like smoking and he was upto it. So I used to see him do that and for like a month he could smoke like only three cigarettes. I kept urging him on and so long is we were in the office he kept off the cigarettes. The only bad thing was that I could not keep tabs on him while he was away from the office so stopping wasent easy. That’s why I said it all begins with and individual and the will to stop smoking.

Smoking is a bad habit because it destroys the life of life organs but I am also a dead smoker I am smoking since tenth class. I smoke daily three to four packets in a day. Now I come to know that it is a very bad habit because human blood and lips become the slave of smoking as hand to the slave of mouth.
But is a fact that whether you’re a teen smoker or a lifetime pack-a-day smoker, quitting can be tough. But the more you learn about your options and prepare for quitting, the easier the process will be. With the right game plan tailored to your needs, you can break the addiction, manage your cravings, and join the millions of people who have kicked the habit for good.
While some smokers successfully quit by going cold turkey, most people do better with a plan to keep themselves on track. A good plan addresses both the short-term challenge of quitting smoking and the long-term challenge of preventing relapse. It should also be tailored to your specific needs and smoking habits.
These are two best tips to quit smoking slowly…
2. Stay Busy
Keeping busy is a great way to stay smoke free on your quit day. Being busy will help you keep your mind off smoking and distract you from cravings. Think about trying some of these activities:
Get out of the house for a walk.
Chew gum or hard candy.
Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game.
Drink lots of water.
Relax with deep breathing.
Go to a movie.
Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.
Go to dinner at your favorite smoke free restaurant.
