Oh…a very nice and useful information I got soon after joining this group. Thanks for the suggestion. There are many spiders in my house. I have been thinking of removing them all. I just brought a broom and postponed my activity for tomorrow as today happens to be Friday. Do you know, we do not do such things on Fridays and Tuesdays in India. I have to purchase a long stick yet. So, tomorrow I will be going to the market to bring one and attend to this activity. 

So what I have to do is to remove the spider but not the cobwebs.

This is  quite a problem faced by many small entrepreneurs. A partnership with family members or close relatives will always ends up in failure or a loss. The reason being a. more respect for self b. over estimation of ones capacity 3. ego 4. Greedyness 5. lack of trust.  6. Bringing in personal and domestic problems into the business

All the 5 reasons are quite discussed in many forums. There are many solutions and suggestions offered for rectifying them. But, the saddest part which is totally neglected is the point no.6. Here actually the problem starts. It is this point No.6 which breeds the other problme. Unless one is learnt and trained to avoid bringing in personal and domestic problem into the Business everything becomes fair and runs on a sound footing.

yes. I agree with you. The blogs are personal oriented. I have observed it very recently. If I am a physicist it does not mean that I should make blogs related to physics or science only. They may offend others and make them stuck to where they are.

A blog should better be a generalized one in nature. There are many interesting topics, daily news, some interesting groups. Let us pick something and built a blog. It can attract more responses and comments.

Anyhow, I am picking up the blogs which are more interesting to me and giving my contribution to the site.

hi, not getting enough sleep may be due to old age also. One should have at least 6 hours sleep as advances in age. Not getting sleep may be due to other reasons such as 1.not keeping good health 2. not having sufficient food 3. worries. My sincere advice is

1. just before your bedtime sit in a relaxed position and try to self-hypnotise . Close your eyes and go on thinking that you are going to get a good sleep without any disturbance or distractions. Do it for 5 minutes and go to your bed. It will work.

2. Eat whatever you got at home without thinking about anything. Just concentrate on eating only till you feel sufficient but never try to eat fully. This is really a great art. The more you think while eating the more you will consume than it is required. It will lead to overweight and obesity.

3.    If the point no.1 above is not workable for you then take a cup of very hot milk . Add some 5 spoons of sugar to the milk and have it leisurely and with a pleasant mind. It will definitely work for you.

I really do not think of giving the things not useful for me to others. When certain things are not useful for me how can I give it to others just on the ground that they need them.?  If they unmindful of anything want it they may take it. I never give them. But ask others if they are in need of them.

I can not ask somebody to use my shirt meant for throwing out .  Should I offer them as they are poor ? Are they not fit to use new ones?

Most of the times I iron the clothes meant for throwing out. I get them washed if they are used ones. See and satisfy me if they are fit to worn  . If I am satisfied then I keep them aside .

There are both advantages and disadvantages with coffee. It depends on how we manage the drink in a day.

I was a big fan of coffee. I was taking at least 5-6 cups. Sometimes this was going up to 10 cups. Not more than that. It really rejuvenates the feelings. Removes the dullness in the body and activates the brain.

My mother was fond of coffee. When she was admitted to the hospital for a heart stroke the doctor advised against giving it. She started asking for coffee. She was asking for it but we were rejecting her. Finally, after seeing her crave for coffee doctor advised to give only half a cup of coffee and be ready to accept her death as there are no chances for her survival even rejecting coffee to her. Finally, with a weighted heart, we gave her half a cup of coffee and went into deep sleep.

One peculiar thing I found on LB is that here everything is counted for money. A good idea. But I found a poor quality in some of the posts. This has to be taken into consideration. Better the blogs are chosen both in terms of quality and quantity.

They are written only keeping the quantity into consideration. The quality is shown here and there in some sentences.

Better you report it to the Admin as early as possible. Otherwise, this site will be filled with rot.  I have posted only two blogs and watching for the comments.  Some of the blogs on this site are quite vague and very casual . One can just pick them by reading a single line. Is it only for the money they want to write many sentences without any quality  ?

There are many sites . I am unable to cope up with the work. Sometimes I feel very tired. After writing for myLot I found that it is a nice site for friendly blogging. I am interested in the interaction than the payment. I found myLot a great site to enjoy with. A casual discussion will also be quite refreshing.

I am researching on many sites. I write for knowledge . A good site for earning money. Matador is another great site for earning money. Writing for NATION is really challenging . My desire is to write to that site . But one needs to work hard. Not on writing skill. But the study we have to make on international relations and other all round socio-economic aspects of different countries.

I found LB a decent one. Here everything is counted for money. The only thing is that one should have time and good patience to sit for 3 hrs at least on the site.

Yeah. Sri Lanka is really a paradise on the Earth. It is associated with the mythological king Ravana who was a king of Demon. He eloped Sita the wife of Rama. The beauty of Sri Lanka , it’s wealth, the gardens etc., everything was vividly described in the Valmiki Ramayana. Lord Hanuman during his search for Sita comes across various places . He expresses in the clear terms the richness and the beauty of Sri Lanka.  Even today the country is known for it’s rich heritage. There is also a place where Ravana was killed. There are some amazing sites which are associated with the mythology. There are people who still believe in the existence of a place where the dead body of Ravana i still burning.

There is a herb called PARASAVEDI in the hill regions of Sri Lanka, which can turn any material into Gold.  There is also a herb which is still not found that moves against the flow of water. Very surprising herbs are all said to be located in the forests of Sri Lanka.

I agree with you. Ladies participating on the Internet is a laborious task. They need to attend domestic work besides taking care of their children. This is the hardest part of work they have which everyone has to accept. Earning something besides their normal earning is not a joke. One needs to put a lot of attention . Posting an article requires..getting some idea, collecting some information, details, editing, searching for keywords, vocabulary observation and selection, searching for appropriate image…what not …everything has to be taken  care of meticulously. One has to do all this exercise with some devotion and dedication. We can not do it in a routine manner.

Really it is a nice procedure they have introduced here. As writing Articles needs some edition involving additions and commission it takes time to finalize them before posting. After posting one has to await approval. Till such time he can devote some time to the discussions and comments on the forum which gives him some earning. The chances of moving away from the site will be minimized .

I think soon other blogging sites emulate this procedure.

I was actually facing some problem with the browser. Still there is some problem. So I am taking some time to visit this particular site. Once the problem is resolved I can devote more time to this site.
