So first congratulations. In the beginning, the Admn might have taken some time to evaluate each post He might have labored a lot in studying who is writing what, on what, and how? But once he framed a clear thought of every blogger he might have taken a decision to approve the blogs/posts just at a glance. This is what I want to say. Hope I am right.

For making a list of things to achieve one should share them with others who can help you a lot They give suggestions, they discuss the issues, they make alterations, they sometimes may agree or disagree with what you say. So every aspect will be taken into consideration and a meticulous examination of each item will be prepared and a list will be prepared That is why I say ‘SHARING IS NOT AGREEING BUT ONLY ENDORSING’. you have explained it nicely The negative thoughts will have reactions and the positive ones will have positive reactions. These are involuntary reactions So one should develop himself to have a control over them. Is it possible for a human being? I do not think so Sometimes, unknowingly we come across situations which develop negative thoughts The only remedy is to avoid such situation. If we practice like that even then there is no guarantee that we will not become ill. But, as per your saying one should think what might be the reason for his illness and find out a solution for himself to overcome such illness. |

My point is why should the world bodies remind us of our heritage and the importance of Indian tourism? Don’t we have good planners to frame and protect our own Tourist places? Can’t we chalk out proper plans with proper planning to develop our Tourism Industry? Still, do we need the approval of the U.N to declare our ancient sites as World Heritage Centres? Can’t we improve them with some devotion or interest and with a sense of determination? The Government of India has been allotting huge funds for the development of Tourism Industry. But this is not sufficient because most of the funds released are not being spent for which they have released Some middlemen and contractors are being benefited with the funds released than the actual developed required. For example, the Srisailm temple is the oldest temple in Andhra Pradesh, South India It has been released good funds from the Government to improve the temple premises But, the selfish authorities instead of taking up development activities around the temple premises are taking up the development of the temple itself. They are not leaving the temple as it is untouched But are allotting contracts to take up digging work or erecting poles inside the temple The temple of Srisailam is having more iron bars inside than the original pillars These Iron bars and grills have been installed indiscriminately which spoiled the original look of the temple itself inside. The only excuse is ‘to control more a number of devotees visiting the temple it is imperative’ which is totally absurd. If they want they can accommodate the devotees outside the temple, the practice which they were adopting earlier. Let me leave it as nobody is interested in the temple Coming to the surrounding one Executive officer of the same temple take up digging work even at the backside of the temple in the name of development He dug out the hill at many places which I had recorded along with the statement of the locals They say that the E.O has taken up this digging work just for TREASURE HUNT. If officers of this negative and criminal mentality are posted in such places where lies the sanctity of the temples? This has been observed in many places and the Government is only maintaining silence for the best reasons known to it of course, just for political reasons.

I do agree with you totally. But what the courts are doing? What role the judiciary is playing when one challenges the scandals in a court of law. They dodge the issues, they give adjournments and it continues till the issue fades away. There are cases which are pending in the High Courts and Supre Courts for years together without any disposal. People are anxious and alert to bring to light the scandals and in pursuing them but their whole effort is being made to evaporate by the time the culprit approaches the court and obtains stay orders overnight, the benefit which is not available easily to a common man. Now, it is easy to guess who is at fault now.

Oh…it is really sad that you lost your ATM. But you are lucky for not missing any amount from your account. yes. Sometimes we will be a little bit careless as human beings At that time we miss so many things including money even. What is wrong with us? We generally note down the PIN and keep it in the wallet itself. This is quite dangerous. We not only give them a card but also reveAL our PIN also. This is really unfortunate and the other will be quite comfortable in lifting money from our account. I have seen two or three persons doing like this and losing some amount from their account From that day onwards, I never write anything and keep it in the wallet except the ATM card As far as the PIN is concerned I keep it in my brain as far as possible. Whenever I change my PIN I generally note it down in a book and keep it along with the details of the bank in my locker.

Yes. This is all about managing the work in a day. For me every tomorrow will start from the previous DAY evening itself. Before leaving office I sit before my system and note down a. the meeting I should take up with my staff and the subject in brief b Court matters I have to attend on priority basis along with the phone numbers of the judicial officials I have to contact c. information relating to files that have to be obtained from the Central Government;d. Emails I have to attend personally d. Confidential files I have to attend personally
It makes me half the work done tomorrow and gives me the confidence to come to office with more vigor and energy. Planning is the most important factor for a successful executive. During lunch hour I never eat in my seat but try to visit some other place sharing something with other colleague/s. It gives to gather some informal information about the activities going on in the office Sitting for 5 minutes closing eyes and without allowing any thoughts rejuvenates the mental activity. Washing the face gives freshness while speaking to others. Allowing others always to sit while speaking gives them an opportunity to express themselves better and gives them a feeling of togetherness. I generally follow most fo the managerial principles |

yeah. I totally agree with you Caring for someone does not mean the reaction will be an appreciation. Sometimes the reaction may be negative also Nowadays, one has to be more careful in taking care of someone. There are peculiar persons we come across in life and we should be more careful with them. They need not appreciate for our caring, better it would be if they do not point out us giving different interpretation I think you had a bitter experience of it. But, what I personally feel it that if we decide to care for someone let us be bold in facing the consequences also. We should not think about the reaction as appreciation or a blame. One should have guts for that. |

we are all social being. As a social being, one should have a proper appreciation of others and there should be mutual understanding and respect for each other. But we can not judge a person immediately. It can not be done moving closely for 2 hours or just even for 2 days. But, how to judge the person’s social behavior or his personality? Just ask for something? Will he oblige or not? Just ventilate a problem and see his reaction. Whether he is really feeling sorry for your problem or not and is ready to extend the needed advice or help. I just had a very nice experience during my tour in Uttar Pradesh. Wehn I visited Varanasi very recently I met a person. During the conversation, I had informed him about my knee problem That man to my surprise took me to a person who treated me without taking even a penny. After the treatment is over, that man took me to his house went inside and came with some homemade ointment He applied it on my feet and covered it with a nice Doctor Tape I really felt happy to have his acquaintance. Within a short period, he became my close friend. He ordered for the dish I liked most through his servant and offered me and got one more packed to have as dinner during my return journey. What should I call it? It is just a casual talk that proved his personality Actually, I had no idea of testing his personality at any time. Even then, he proved himself worthy to be my good friend and a perfect social being. Soon after reaching Hyderabad I contacted him over the phone and conveyed my gratitude. |

Because she wants to keep him happy to said ok? It is quite surprising. She should not have approved it In that case, the situation would have been different. I think her boyfriend is quite tricky. He just wanted to get approval from her and then simply avoided her. There are varieties of people playing tricks to escape and switch over to others. Finally, why this lady should feel so sad about this guy? At least now, she should realize the actual intention of her BF and should never allow such people in future. |

It is the will and wish of a writer. If one wants to stick to one site nobody will have any objection. But, assuming something may perhaps be not appropriate. Everyone is happy here and elsewhere. I do not know why people feel sorry about that. They too can join as well. It is totally a misconception that a writer will like a site just for a money. There are many who want a thrill and some achievement and something new. It is in this aspect one will defer to others. There are many who will prefer to jump from one site to other and it is their nature of work. Sticking to one site may perhaps be not enough to meet their bill expenditure. We should think in the right perspective. Switching to some other site does not mean that a person is not liking a particular site. We should think that they are in need of more amount and are trying to earn to meet the minimum expenditure as most of them are poor only and may not be in a position to earn sticking to only one site |

yes. you are absolutely right. What does a mother want as a gift. She is a giver. Giving is a pleasure for her. If children are happy she feels very happy. This is the greatest sacrifice which is unparallel in nature. This is the love of a mother. We may shout at her, we may brag at her, we may sometimes hate her but still she wants our happiness in life. This is an infallible truth. But, the children should always see that their mother and father feel happy always. Give them the affection, care, love , and everything they need. This itself is the greatest gift for a mother |

I think you are damn tired with your teaching today. The students’ stupidity has nothing to do with it. They will be good always. Once they pick up some interest they will not do stupid things. When I was taking up tuitions as a part-time job I was really feeling sorry for the students who do not reply when I pose a question to them. I was feeling irritated and was unable to control and showing my anger on some other people. I gradually developed the habit of tolerance. What poor students or their stupidity has to do with me. It is only my mood that is causing irritation. They will be doing stupid things as per their nature. But, how can I change my nature and show anger towards those students? I am at fault for not being kept myself in good mood. Teaching is a noble profession and even after we retire and go to any other places during our lifetime we come across many of these stupid students in big position at some place or the other and they will remember us always wherever they go. |

Oh.very sad to know about it. You should celebrate the festival happily. It is an annual festival. If you miss it again you will get only in the next year Better you celebrate it and do not link it with your annual bonus. Those things will come if not now after some time or the others along with arrears, but, not the festival. I remember pretty well last year just before the Christmas festival there was shooting by terrorists Dec, 2nd at Bardadinero. Everybody felt very unhappy over the incidents. Do you remember that? I could not control my anger and appeal to all not to celebrate the festival as a protest. I also made an appeal to the President of the online writers association not to post anything and denounce the ghastly incident in the strictest terms. So, we can not anticipate anything. Be happy as far as possible and celebrate the festival without waiting for the Bonus. |

Yeah…From my Childhood, I was very much liking the festival. In those days I was eagerly waiting for the festival and was making a round in front of the Bakeries to see the varieties of CAKES kept on display. The shopkeepers were informing me that the festival is far more days to come. When they keep the cakes on display I was taking money from my father and purchasing them and distributing them to my friends. I was sharing the gifts also. We were very happy and deriving some pleasure to look at the items and the decoration made to the shops. Just before Christmas, my father was taking me on his shoulder to the different shops and making big purchases. The shopkeepers were happy to see me like this. As I grew up, the visit was cut down and however, the pleasure to visit the shop never died out. Even now, I decorate the house with a number of lights and decorate each and every item in the house. There is some thrill to do it. |
