I always wear my boots to escape feet getting wet from dirty water.Since 2017 enters the planet, flood, mud, rain do not depart from our lands. The road in our campus is so slippery, muddy and I always feel the discomfort.Plus our bridge here cracks so only one lane allowable to pass. The damage is so severe for the bridge cracks.

@lovern Looks like you people need to exert pressure on your authorities to lay stronger roads, may be through social media, as well as through your elected representatives.
It is a fact that in many developing nations, including India there is big corruption in infrastructure projects and sub-standard material is often used to make more profits.

We have a warm environment here. So not much chance of rain up till june. But it would be worth checking out how that goes. I want to see how the rain goes this year. There is a prediction that it will go for less this year. But hoping that it doesn’t become that scenario. We need water too.

@ PEEUSH TRIKHA,That happens because of the corrupt Construction builders. Yes, through media is where the construction owners are attacked by media. I walk in the slippery road .It takes me almost 1 hour to cross the bridge that is also full of people struggling to reach the other end where there is dry land vehicles awaiting. The feeling is so devastating walking in a very slippery and muddily road. No one was excuse to cross the road through walking. Just imagine I always wake up 3 in the morning to prepare many things and left home 5:30 in the morning still dark and colder in early morning. This day, I was able to ride a car.

Didn’t the public made any complaints to the authority?

Should put pressure for them to settle the rain problems. Otherwise people will suffer

@peachpurple,Hi Peach? The contract workers were already advised by President Duterte to resign. The mayor is scheduled for an investigation as to the poor performance of the voted bidder. There is a new contractor now sent by the Philippine president, so fast and strong builders day and night working.
