Help! I am addicted to Coffee!
Ok, I admit it, I am addicted, super addicted to Coffee in the morning !
When I wake up, after I had prepared breakfast, I really needed a cup of warm coffee to perk me up.
Sometimes, I could have 2-3 cups of coffee per day but that would lead me to insomnia.
The problem with coffee is I cannot get to sleep the whole night until 7am the next morning.
Then, I will have Panda eyes in the morning because my brain wasn’t sleeping all through the night.
How do I kick this addiction??
