I got this idea from a special friend I met many years ago. He shared me this thing to say hi and smile to the self every morning facing at the mirror. He is doing this way every morning and he notices that he always has better disposition everyday. He also observes that he is always excited and inspired everyday. he does not feel worries, sadness and any negative feeling. He told me that it was also somebody who introduced this idea to him to have a happy, cool and inspiring life.

Actually, I tried this and was so amazed of what I felt. I was always happy and it seemed the world too, smiled with me. I always have cool and wonderful feeling every time I say hi and smile at myself every morning facing in my mirror.

You try this, so that you can also feel what I feel every time you say hi and smile at yourself in your mirror. It sounds weird, but it it’s up to us if believe or not. For me, I believed for it is proven true.

I listened to something similar to this method on  a Joel Osteen audio book called” The Power of I am.” He said to look in the mirror in the morning and say something like I am getting better looking every day or something message to yourself first thing in the morning or before leaving the house for work or errands.


I love your method you learned from your friend. I am going to try both methods

@Jennifer Dombrowski, Hi? Thank you Jennifer. yes I am also very grateful to this very simple way of making my day beautiful. Every time I feel cranky about at any cause, I remember this method to day hi and smile to myself in front of the mirror every morning. Every time I wake up in the morning, I immediately proceed to our big mirror in the sala and say hi and hello to myself and smile after hehehehe. There is something wonderful. I think , it is psychological, because our mind is already conditioned with what tat method meant, so our action follows.

Try this method and also share this to your office mates, siblings and other friends so they will also have happy disposition in a day and all the days as long as do the same rituals. The feeling is truly amazing despite you forget what you always do every morning in your mirror, but you will notice at the end of the day, that your mood is at its best.

That is really a good idea to follow every morning.I will try this.If someone sees me while doing this,they will think i have gone mad.I am smiling infront of mirror and talking to myself.

@samia hahahahaha, you may use your small mirror you always carry with you like face powder with installed mirror. That is what I am using in the morning, but nit all morning that I do this ritual only some days when life is not kind and when day is not nice , so it must e made sure that the next day would ve a better one by applying the ritual on smiling at the mirror early morning every time you wake up.It really makes sense hehehehe, just try .
