This recipe is a boost drink all day long.  It depends on how much you drink, anyway. But the benefits of this ginger beverage is  very effective.

1 Pitcher of  Ginger Root Energizer:

grated ginger

chopped garlic (optional)

vitamin C powder with bioflavanoids OR apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp. powder tumuric

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 liter distilled/filtered water

Store in the fridge for a cool drink.
