Picture on my article was not posted along. what's the reason?

It was very disappointing when the picture I made was not posted along with my blog. I don’t know the reason why. Maybe some of you can help explain this to me. It accepted when I post it so it was posted successfully but the picture cannot be read or it was not present on my blog so there is no picture present on it.
