ReRescuing Animals from the Clutches of the Ruthless

There are many areas where cruelty to animals is rampant. This needs to be addressed with top priority.

Deforestation

There is ruthless deforestation which results in wild animals going helter, skelter in people’s homes who are then killed. 

 Deforestation is a curse on society which destroys the ecological balance bringing in devastation of the worst order affecting animals in particular and that getting transferred to human beings. 

Every tree cut should be replaced by planting saplings.

Animal Rescue

One needs to make a determined effort to be on the look out for animals that need to be rescued. 

 Many  in general have no issues when it comes to being cruel to animals. They think nothing of it. It is these one should look out for and bring them to the notice of Organisations that are involved in saving animals from cruelty. 

 Mobile Hospitals

There should be mobile hospitals for rescuing animals that many a time become victims of road accidents.

Cow Slaughter Ban

This rule about banning cow slaughter needs a special mention. While fanatics think it is a good thing but these old animals who go through the same trauma as human being of being victims of arthritis and other ailments that visit the old,  suffer in silence and those rule makers are least concerned about the suffering these mute animals go through. This fact should be brought to the notice of these so called ‘cow lovers’ .

Wild Animals

The most worrying aspect is rescuing wild animals specially tigers from the clutches of poachers. While efforts are in full swing in this direction what is done is not enough specially the ruthless manner forests are cut down to make room for concrete jungles, resulting in exposing these innocent mute creates to the bullet of the poachers. It is known that there is commercialization which involves selling skin and other parts of the animals. Those buying these items should also be subjected to punishment.

Educating the children 

of the need to rescue animals from the clutches of those who are cruel to them cannot be understated. An award for those children rescuing animals could be instituted by involving NGOs who will search for sponsors to carry on this activity.

Government’s Role

And lastly it is the governments of various countries  should wake up and  realize the need to rescue endangered species. Very little is done in this sphere.
