These rules apply for me in politics, business and work, personal life, etc. I am usually willing to follow or to be led by a leader who doesn’t expect me to do something they are not willing to do themselves. There is no other faster way to loose weight than eating right with the right foods. We all know that we need to rats lots of vegetables for vitamins. This may sound weird, but as I read these tips I am guessingvthis ar3 the things people do when they got the 30 mark. Most people would want to be in control of their own lives regardless of what other people think. You will find that the kids who are at that age all they are thinking about is going solo, that’s the time they feel they are independent, that’s the time they feel life is all about them and that everything revolves around them. This is the time when they want to get jobs and become millionaires at the same time. No one wants to huddle to get to a point where they will feel good about themselves and they have achieved quite a number of things. So anyway those habits I don’t agree that people at 30 should quit instead it’s th3 other way around. Maybe as they set to th age of 40 that’s when they will quit most likely.

I have read and heard that habit goes with head but I do not know which are those habits that ho with death but I think that habits are self created according to birth trends as we see that mouth goes to head not goes to ear. It is the habit of our hand.

Drinking and smoking both are not habits but lust and weakness of man as woman is the weakness of man that is why Shakespeare says,”Frailty thy name is woman.”
