Easy Steps To Reduce Fats / Weight

Fitness is loved by everyone. Unfit body is considered a disaster. No one likes a obese and heavy weight human. I need not explain the problem with obesity and its repercussions.

Humans do not like to get infected with diseases and you can get rid of many diseases if you have controlled your body weight. There is a simple yet unbelievable trick to cure obesity. Let us see what this trick is.

Step 0: Take some water

Before eating, try taking some water. No, you are not supposed to replace meals with water but take half glass water. Do not take more because that can neutralize acids in your mouth. By taking this much water, you are decreasing your appetite considerably.

Step 1: Get healthy salad

Salads are veggies. Onions, beans, mushrooms, cucumber are good decent healthy option. However, some variants of salad are heavier and risky rather than healthy.

Avoid non veg salads, cheese, fried salad, pasta etc. The purpose of consuming salad is to control on calorie content and therefore, do not mix it with unhealthy alternatives.

Step 2: Moderate out vegetable intake

Starting with a salad is a good idea, but salad is not the meal. Meal involves some bread / chapatti being eaten with vegetables. Most of the times, this vegetable are fried.

Fried veggies are actually a disaster. It contains too much oil and hence is fatal in the long run. Try to avoid fried veggies.

Even if vegetable isn’t fried, the process of normal cooking too adds oil. In such a case, try reducing intake of vegetables by 20%. If you reduce intake of vegetable, you take less oil and hence become healthier. Bread / Chapatti do not generally increase calorie count.

Step 3: Chew more

The rule of eating says that you must chew much more. You were given up to 32 teeth so that you can chew that many times.

 

Scientifically, our nerves are connected to the brain and they report when our stomach is full. Unfortunately, this does not happen at lightning fast speed. This happens with delay. If you chew more, not only you boost your digestion but also you acknowledge the time delay in the process. This delay ensures that you do not end up eating more than required.

    • There is no other faster way to loose weight than eating right with the right foods. We all know that we need to rats lots of vegetables for vitamins. Salads could be a struggle for me especially in th3 morning when I need my cup of tea with bread or piece of cake to start my day. As for chewing I don't understand how that helps in the cutting down of weight. Never heard of this is how it works, does it mean that when the food is cut down into smaller peices makes someone not get get?
