This is a good fruit. It is rich in potassium which regulates the body function like the heart, the control of hypertension, among others. I don’t know if we have a wonder cherry in our country. Fruits, particularly in our place, are few. The farmers don’t grow so much fruits. That is why if there are fruits sold in the market, they are too costly. Only few people buy the fruits.

I have just learned from you that cherries are good for arthritis. My sister has this disease. I thought this is acidic and bad for the health to those having arthritis. I will convince my sister to buy cherries, thanks Sunny.

There are countries having people hard to get.When I toured in Japan, I smiled at someone and asked something only to hear him saying” Hey, are you crazy”? Reading about your trips, I am reminded very quickly why I don’t like to travel much! Just reading about all the different legs of your journey has me tired!
