Benefits of eating Cherry

The maximum amount of cherries is produced in Jammu & Kashmir state in India. The production is more than 2000 tones. In fact in India we have very limited area for cherry production with over 2,000 hectares of land under cherry cultivation and production of 450 tone, Himachal Pradesh that has emerged as the second largest cherry producing state in India. Then there are places in Uttrakhand, another hill state in Himalayan region of India where cherry is produced and the production is increasing every year.

Back Pain-The wonder fruit cherry is again very good for the most common cause of upper back pain in muscular irritation or other soft tissue problems, these can be lack of strength, poor posture or injury, muscular strain in the upper back, upper back pain, also called middle back pain or thoracic pain, is pain that is felt between the bottom of the neck and top of the lumbar spine and cherry or its juice is very good as a complete healer for the same, your muscles will remain fit and fine. I suggest eating 20 cherry a day is sufficient.

A Lip Balm– one table spoon petroleum jelly,1/4 table spoon vanilla juice, and some syrup of red cherry ,keep it in oven for a 50-60 seconds, till the jelly gets diluted, now take it out and keep it in fridge, not in freezer, store it.

      I have cherries in my garden. They are tart cherries. I have made wine and fruit juice.

    • This is a good fruit. It is rich in potassium which regulates the body function like the heart, the control of hypertension, among others. I don't know if we have a wonder cherry in our country. Fruits, particularly in our place, are few. The farmers don't grow so much fruits. That is why if there are fruits sold in the market, they are too costly. Only few people buy the fruits.

    • I love cherries. But I didn't know about all the health benefits. Now I have all the more reason to enjoy my favorite fruit.
