I don’t know much about cricket because are just to passion to basketball and volleyball but I wish you all the best. Go team.

Yes, Indian team is the best team all over the world but ruling the whole world in cricket world is the dream of Indian team because Australasia, New Zealand and South Africa these teams are powerful teams will create troubles for the Indian year in the next world cup.
his depends a lot on India’s performance in next year’s champions trophy where they will start as defending champions. If they are able to perform how they have perform in WC 2015 then the captain will be MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI in WC 2019 also. But if there will be a bad performance of which the chances are very low then, VIRAT KOHLI has chance of captaining his first ever world cup. But at this moment it looks clear that DHONI has more chances of captaining in another world cup.
Till 2019 many talents will come and go but few talents such as Virat Kohli and Mahendra singh Dhoni will stick their roots in team easily which is a good thing to say,
Choosing a captain among these two players is not going to be easy as both are Gemstones, for the Indian cricket team.
Talking about 2019 World Cup, the tournament will be held in England this time and the conditions of England are very different and difficult to handle at once and Virat Kohli is also lacking behind in scoring runs in England.
Conclusion-Both Virat Kohli and MSD are capable of being the captain but MSD is first choice because he has more knowledge about the conditions of England and MSD has played matches in England as compared to Virat Kohli.

It bothers me when they kill off characters I have become attached to. The TV series MI-5 was the only program that has successfully killed off characters and stayed popular. The “lucky charm” was the fact that they replaced the killed-off characters with characters that were just as good. Don’t know many shows that are able to do that and keep their loyal fan base.

You are so right about India having diverse topography. I can tell by the music videos I watch. A great intro to the different festivals. I didn’t know that one about the wife fasting for the husband. (Actually, I didn’t know most of them. 🙂 ) What I really like about most festivals, whatever the country, are the pretty lights. You just can’t have a great festival if you don’t have pretty lights! 🙂

I am not a part of these activities but they do brush on me specially those fireworks, the colours, the dance….the works. I particularly like to watch kids getting up to break that pot

isn’t it diwali on october or november?
It will be a grand sight to see the lights and kavadi, very beautiful sight.
Oh and I also love the murukus!
But why do the ceremony goes until past midnight? -
True, well written article. I always like the second half of the year, after January. Once the monsoon starts all the happenings and festivities starts

Yes, India is a vast country with diverse religions and with countless Gods they have made for them to worship. India is full of festivals I think every month start with with a new festival attracting the sight of the whole world people to come and see the festivals of India with physical eyes. Kum Mela in one of the best Mela I like it most.
Every festival has a social, religious and mythological value. Accordingly, Dussehra has a great significance. People believe that this is the occasion when goddess Durga killed Mahisasura and save the people from the clutches of a great demon. This is also an occasion to fight against all that is evil and establish truth. S
imilarly the Janmastami festival has also a great religious and social significance. This is the occasion when Lord Krishna was born to kill Kansa and other demons and save the people from a great danger. This festival also teaches us how to fight evil and falsehood and establish truth.
These festivals are observed throughout the year with great pomp and ceremony. Some festivals like Dussehra, Diwali and Holi are observed throughout the country and some others are observed regionally. All the people, irrespective of their social position, observe these festivals with their families and also socially with their friends with great enthusias
My brothers Indian enjoy your festival with whole hearts.

I can remember when a mosquito in the USA caused nothing more on your skin and some itching and irritation. But a bite from a mosquito in Africa could result in malaria! Nowadays a mosquito bite can kill you or deform your child if you’re pregnant. It’s scary! However, pretty much the same precautions that you take to avoid ordinary mosquitoes that don’t carry disease are the same preventative measures you can take to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes that carry a disease. So don’t get scared. Just use your common sense. When it comes to disease control there are many practical measures that can be taken and everybody should be educated about what to do. That can’t be stressed enough. Everybody is a not trained medical professional but everybody can be taught life-saving techniques and procedures to protect themselves and their families.

I have had all of them. Now I use mosquito repellant which I call ‘Eau d’repelant as perfume.

Sounds like the Government needs to get their act together. Pray that the violence stops. The situation must be quite stressful for the citizens in India and Asian countries. It seems as if the Government would put a stop to the violence instead of creating more problems.
