thanks very much. I believed that exercise benefits for everyone, regardless with or without illness

Yes, there are many exercises for high blood pressure that may be done at home. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. The best types of exercise for lowering blood pressure include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing. Strength training also can help reduce blood pressure.
Exercise in our culture may not “just happen.” When your daily routine includes hours of sitting at a desk using computers and browsing the internet, staying current with television shows and using countless labor-saving devices, you can easily fall into inactivity. But taking charge of your fitness may be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make. The choice is yours.
For overall health benefits to the heart, lungs and circulation, perform any moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic activity using the following guidelines:
For most healthy people, get the equivalent of at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) per week of moderate-intensity physical activity, such as brisk walking.
If you need to lower your blood pressure or cholesterol, aim for 40 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity 3 to 4 times per week.
You can incorporate your weekly physical activity with 30 minutes a day on at least 5 days a week.
Physical activity should be performed in episodes of at least 10 minutes, and preferably, it should be spread throughout the week.
Include flexibility and stretching exercises.
Include muscle strengthening activity at least 2 days each week. -
Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising to maintain a healthy weight decreases a person’s risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. These diseases, which used to be found mostly in adults, are becoming more common in teens.Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and merely enjoyment.A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

I wouldn’t really know what to say about it as a parent because am not one. But let me speak as a child who has been there before and who has been there for my teenage nephews and nieces. Many are the times parents have a problem with their teenage kids, because maybe they’re too harsh or are you busy to listen to them. I remember when my nephew was in high school he had a hard time talking to his dad because he believed that what he said is what stays, but little did he know that he was pushing away his son without his knowledge. His mum died when he was still a young boy so he became so close to me and I became his “mum”.he would open up to me and I would advice him accordingly. So I felt that th3 dad did not give him time or an ear to hear what he had to say it share and that can be very dangerous in a growing child. So I agree with you on the 4 points and if parents could just spare some quality time with their kids they wouldn’t be having problems like saying that don’t wanna go to school.
-
Children face three types of problems at homes and schools: psychological, psychical and mental. Mental problem is genetically, physical problem is by birth and psychological problem starts with home atmosphere. First child is brought up st homes and after this children go children go schools to improve home education.
If children face any type of problem at school its root lies at home and not at school. Parents are supposed to to bring up heir children in a peaceful atmosphere so that they could face any problem at school because its hinders the children’s educational progress.
Ups and downs at school are part of life for many young people. A good relationship with your child’s school and teachers can help you head off problems. If school problems do come up, it’s important that you quickly recognise and address them.
School problems can show up as poor academic performance, lack of motivation for school, loss of interest in school work, or poor relationships with peers or teachers.
School difficulties range from minor to severe, might be very short-lived or last for longer. Even short-term school problems can have a negative impact on how young people feel about school – and themselves.

That is really helpful but when you think of life, the hard life we are living, and we are working for a bread for a day, how can you enjoy your work. It also reminds you that you are not receiving high salary, you may not enjoy your work.
-
Lazy and reluctant? Nope. These days I’m happy every time I open my eyes. 🙂
Dread going to the office? Used to! But I quit my job. No more dread. Wasn’t the easiest decision to make but I have absolutely no regrets.
Work is what you do to earn money to pay the bills. But it should involve doing something you like. However, if you’re not fortunate enough to land the job of your dreams, be positive about the way you approach your tasks and be thankful you have a job. A lot of people are unemployed. 🙂
-
Those facts are all true, we all need to eat about 3 times at least and have a good rest to be able to better focus on work every day. And I also agree to that fact – Life is more important than Work. So true. I guess that not everyone thinking like that.
-
How can someone enjoy his job when there are colleagues that are putting pressure on you? making you always stressed up, you wake up in the morning knowing that you have to go through it all over again for a new day, it kills my mood.
-
So true. I agree with your sentiments. The only way to enjoy your job is by no ing what you do, without that it will be impossible to enjoy your job. I remember one time I was in such a situation where I used to struggle every single day, when I wake up I just want to get back to my blankets shut my eyes and tell myself that this is just a bad dream. But the reality of the matter was that I had no choice, but to wake up bathe dress up ha e a cup of tea and hit the road. It really made me sad soetimes just thinking about it. So this can also be very disappointing to you and your employer because you don’t even focus on your work you have no passion to do yourbest and get your company to the place that you would want it to be. So I would suggest to anyone that is not happy in their job to start looking for another job and leave where you are for th3 sake of being sana and healthy. It’s really not worth it to stick there and be frustrated throughout your life in the name of securing a job.

Work is a source of pleasure if no work life is dull doing something is better than doing nothing. Work may be irksome but its end is better on the contrary negative work start is sweet but its end is bitter. Therefore work according to choice brings happiness to the worker if not may have benefit and lies in it fame without cast.
Because work comprises such a large part of our life, perhaps we should take a closer look at some simple ways to enjoy work more. Because we all have the ability to change our perspective, we also have the ability to change the way we feel about different aspects of our lives. Work is an area of life that is often ripe for a little perspective modification.
What would it take for your work to feel more enjoyable and rewarding? Is there a way to create a mental shift that would allow you to start looking forward to working?
We spend a lot of time trying to find ways to be more productive, and I am all for productivity to a point. There’s nothing wrong with finding ways to spend our time more effectively. But instead of just doing more work in less time, it is also important to find ways to enjoy the work we are doing.
Whether you are an employee who needs to develop a more positive attitude toward work, or an employer in search of HR software to make your job less stressful, their are things you can do to make work more enjoyable.
-
You have the point with your blogs. But I must add this “We often miss opportunity because it’s dressed in overalls and looks like work.” ― Thomas A. Edison
A 7-Step Path to Enjoying Work
1. Realize you were designed to work.
2. Understand work takes place in an imperfect world.
3. Use work to supply provisions for yourself and your family.
4. Notice how your work contributes to the common good.
5. Work ethically.
6. Humbly and proudly accept honest compensation.
7. Remove the pursuit of riches. -
Best way for me to enjoy my work? Keep the coffee flowing. 🙂

I think I have already complied with this unwritten rules. I have planted many times by participating tree planting activity, beside I am also planting different kinds of fruit bearing trees in our backyard.
-
Happy to meet another gardener. Wish there were many to discover the joys of gardening. What fruit trees do you have? I have several and there is always a bumper crop on most of them.

Everybody needs some greenery around them, whether it’s a tree on the yard or a house plant or both. Besides the fact that it helps purify the air you breathe, it’s just makes your environment so pleasant. 🙂
-
It is in one’s own interest that they should be in touch with greenery. Apart from purifying the air they will discover what it is to see when a plant yields.
-
-
Trees help keep communities lively. Planting trees within communities and generate togetherness. Perhaps more people should be planting trees but planting trees isn’t for everyone. A lot of communities have HOA’s that will plant trees for the residents. Thanks for shining light on tree planting.
-
If this is taught right from the day a child enters a school situations could change and there could be more greenery. Greenery is important if we have to breathe clean air and this is possible if everyone pitches in.
-
you know, 20 years ago, my father in law had planted a coconut plant, a cactus, a tea tree and a few papayas in the garden.
They grew up well, until my neighbor started to spray weedkillers killing them all except for the coconut tree.
You may wonder why, right?
He hated us planting too many plants, trees and thinks that it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
My hubby and I saw him secretly spraying but we just dont want to declare face off with him
He didn’t kill the coconut tree because he wanted to drink the coconuts,
So right now, we only have one coconut tree left -
I believe we should plant trees not only to have a beautiful and cool surroundings but also to have a fresh air that we could breath in to decrease air pollution and reduce breathing dis order. Trees are important for a number of reason. It used the sun’s energy to perform photosynthesis so that
plants can store it as chemical energy using water and carbon dioxide to create glucose. Therefore,
glucose is very essential for all living things for it a source of energy. Plants release this oxygen into the atmosphere. This release is important because most living things, including the plants themselves, use the oxygen during respiration to release the energy stored in glucose in a form that they can use for all life-sustaining processes.
Planting trees can also help reduce consumption of
energy due to moderating effect on local
climate;
Maintain 50% of biodiversity. Fauna
and flora preservation;
Reduction of noise pollution and wind;
Combat erosion ;
Material providers such as drugs, teas,
essences, pigments, wood, coal, fiber, resin,
paper, oils, honey, fruits, flowers, seeds,
Influence on climate (humidity, precipitation, temperature);
Protection of rivers and springs;
Soil protection and fertilization;
Sense of calm and comfort to people
(stress relief);
Trees can serve as walls ( visual barrier) and
they do serve as walls for organic farmers
when their neighbors deal with pesticides; -
Yes we must grow plant in our country or town because plants are the beauties of country and nature. WE love growing plants everywhere and all over the world so that we may live otherwise we all will die soon without plants.
Because nature calms people and it also helps them psychologically rejuvenate,” said Professor Frances Kuo of the University of Illinois. “They are better able to handle challenges which come their way.
Stress could be one of the largest negatively impacting factors for our health. Exercise and meditation are just an example of how people strive to keep stress levels lower, but as many individuals know, another fabulous solution is surrounding yourself with nature. Walking through the park or sitting in the grass may have effects far more beneficial than having a stiff drink to unwind, for example.
Another study showing why we should plant more trees analyzed morbidity of more than 345,000 people based on records from 195 different physicians spread across the Netherlands and found that individuals with a higher percentage of green space within a 1 km radius in the immediate vicinity of their postal code had a lower prevalence of 15 of 24 disease clusters.
Make it a goal to spend some time outdoors every single day. Water the flowers around your house; go for a walk, or stop your car at a park on the way home and enjoy the view. Don’t always turn to artificial and manmade solutions for your health and mental wellbeing.

You are so right about India having diverse topography. I can tell by the music videos I watch. A great intro to the different festivals. I didn’t know that one about the wife fasting for the husband. (Actually, I didn’t know most of them. 🙂 ) What I really like about most festivals, whatever the country, are the pretty lights. You just can’t have a great festival if you don’t have pretty lights! 🙂
-
I am not a part of these activities but they do brush on me specially those fireworks, the colours, the dance….the works. I particularly like to watch kids getting up to break that pot
-
isn’t it diwali on october or november?
It will be a grand sight to see the lights and kavadi, very beautiful sight.
Oh and I also love the murukus!
But why do the ceremony goes until past midnight? -
True, well written article. I always like the second half of the year, after January. Once the monsoon starts all the happenings and festivities starts
-
Yes, India is a vast country with diverse religions and with countless Gods they have made for them to worship. India is full of festivals I think every month start with with a new festival attracting the sight of the whole world people to come and see the festivals of India with physical eyes. Kum Mela in one of the best Mela I like it most.
Every festival has a social, religious and mythological value. Accordingly, Dussehra has a great significance. People believe that this is the occasion when goddess Durga killed Mahisasura and save the people from the clutches of a great demon. This is also an occasion to fight against all that is evil and establish truth. S
imilarly the Janmastami festival has also a great religious and social significance. This is the occasion when Lord Krishna was born to kill Kansa and other demons and save the people from a great danger. This festival also teaches us how to fight evil and falsehood and establish truth.
These festivals are observed throughout the year with great pomp and ceremony. Some festivals like Dussehra, Diwali and Holi are observed throughout the country and some others are observed regionally. All the people, irrespective of their social position, observe these festivals with their families and also socially with their friends with great enthusias
My brothers Indian enjoy your festival with whole hearts.

After childhood middle age starts with new ideas and emotion and man and woman wants sex according to day and night need to satisfy their emotions and the fume of the soul.
Daily life during the Middle Ages is sometimes hard to fathom. Pop culture loves to focus on exciting medieval moments-heroic knights charging into battle; romantic liaisons between royalty and commoner; breakthroughs and discoveries made. But life for your average person during the Dark Ages was very routine, and activities revolved around an agrarian calendar.
Most of the time was spent working the land, and trying to grow enough food to survive another year. Church feasts marked sowing and reaping days, and occasions when peasant and lord could rest from their labors.
Social activities were important, and every citizen in a medieval town would be expected to attend. Fairs with troubadours and acrobats performing in the street¦merchants selling goods in the town square€¦games of chance held at the local tavern
tournaments featuring knights from near and abroad¦these were just some of the ways medieval peasants spent their leisure time. Medieval weddings were cause for the entire town to celebrate.

I can remember when a mosquito in the USA caused nothing more on your skin and some itching and irritation. But a bite from a mosquito in Africa could result in malaria! Nowadays a mosquito bite can kill you or deform your child if you’re pregnant. It’s scary! However, pretty much the same precautions that you take to avoid ordinary mosquitoes that don’t carry disease are the same preventative measures you can take to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes that carry a disease. So don’t get scared. Just use your common sense. When it comes to disease control there are many practical measures that can be taken and everybody should be educated about what to do. That can’t be stressed enough. Everybody is a not trained medical professional but everybody can be taught life-saving techniques and procedures to protect themselves and their families.

I have had all of them. Now I use mosquito repellant which I call ‘Eau d’repelant as perfume.

You took the picture on your children ‘s exercise books? How old is he/she?
My daughter is Standard One. I don’t send her to any tuition center as the homework already taken some many time from her leisure time after school.
She did complain on not enough leisure time which she loves to read stories books.
She did read the whole day before she entered the primary school when she was 5 or 6 years old.For your knowledge, she didn’t go to nursery or kinde, she stayed at home and read the stories books by her own and learnt from reading.
Moreover, I prefer she allocates some time for cycling, playing games rather than sitting in the tuition center as she already sit for 5 hours continuously in the school.
For alternative, we sent her to a small size primary school which only 10+ students in a class, I believe the teachers able to teach the student in the small size group.
She did it! She managed to score the second position in the mid year examination earlier.

If it’s a cheat or a scam and it’s being allowed then shame on the scammers and cheaters, shame on the people “in charge” who are allowing it to happen. Any country that does not want to ensure that its citizens receive a proper education is just bringing down the whole country! The minds of the citizens of a country are the country’s best natural resource and best defense against aggressors and oppressors, i.e. countries coming in and taking over! I don’t know why every nation doesn’t get that!
-
I remember during my school days we had tuition that was being run by individuals in their homes, and that was very convenient for most kids who wanted more tutoring in certain subjects, probably those that they are weak at. I like the idea of tuition because it gets kids to be at a very good standing in class. I think it’s a good idea for tuition to be introduced in school
-
You mean tuition to tutor, this is what I understand from your post. If a parent can afford to have tutor for their child, I see nothing wrong with it for the the benefit of the child. But when a parent cannot afford the too high rates, a parent is always the best teacher for a child to learn. Hands on is really the best way to guide a child.
-
I think that guidance is must for green students but for all persons as old men of our societies provide us guidance in all walk of life I think it is just like tuition but free of cast. I think tuition means while reading or studying the books if the students fall prey to trouble the tutor will help the students at the spot.
The other meaning of tuition is that some children are weak cannot understand at school properly to provide them guideline at home the teacher is hired is call tuition.
tuition is an extra benefit for the students to clear the doubtful concepts about any subjects.

Your trick is so awesome, my old people thought us to put the mangoes into the rick pile in order to get them ripe. This technique was work in the old time.
It’s a good idea to fry rice with mango slides, it must be very delicious and again, make my mouth watering. I tried to fry rice with pineapple but never with mango. Maybe, should give a try if able to get some free mangoes, haha!
This dish can be called :Tomyam fried rice, right? My kids still not get used to take chili, unfortunately. If not, Tomyam would be served very often in my kitchen as my spouse and me love Tomyam soup very much.
I do buy a bottle ready made Tomyam paste with my in my kitchen, but yet fully utilized in my daily dishes yet.
I hope it still yet reached it’s expiry date . I got to make few Tomyam dishes in order to finish it before the expiry date. -
Whoa! Mango fried rice? Sounds wonderfully delicious!! 🙂
-
Wow! Sounds interesting! I never tried friend rice with mango. I usually make a friend rice mix with egg, hot dog, green peas with carrots and a lots of garlic. The traditional friend rice i also do for my breakfast.
-
I never knew mangoes have so many uses. I also like the idea of using lime leaves. I have a lime tree. I must use it for flavour as I am allergic to lime juice. Atleast this will give me the flavour. Lime flavour enhances the taste of any dish.
-
This recipe sounds really sweet but for me i might not like it that much. I love mangoes and I love rice but having the two mixed am trying to imagine what it would taste like. You say it can’t taste sour really? With themango there has to be some kind of sourtaste in it. And then I also don’t eat shrimps those are two ingredients that would not work for me. I like when am eating a meal for it to have a certain taste if it is salty so be it or ifits sweet then let it be so,but the sweet sour taste has never worked for me but thanks for sharing the recipe
-
Why have I not thought of this, a fried rice with the twist of ripe mango. I sometimes have fried rice at home but never tried putting some mangoes on it. Then again, if mango is a good ingredient, maybe a ripe red dragonfruit can also be a good twist to the fried rice.
-
Its ingredients are the best but I have not eaten more time but once at my friends’ home and his sister prepared it because she was doing cooking course in the university. Really very tasty in eating and looking.
In this healthy fried rice recipe, bell peppers, mango and basil are tossed with savory fish sauce and fresh basil for a delicious one-bowl dinner. If you don’t have leftover cooked rice on hand, be sure to thoroughly cool your rice before adding it to the wok—
if it’s too warm, it creates too much steam and sticks to the wok. To quickly cool warm rice, spread out on a large baking sheet and refrigerate while you prep the rest of your ingredients, about 15 minutes.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large flat-bottomed carbon-steel wok or large, heavy skillet over high heat. Add eggs and cook, without stirring, until fully cooked on one side, about 30 seconds. Flip and cook until just cooked through, about 15 seconds. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok along with scallions, ginger and garlic; cook, stirring, until scallions have softened, about 30 seconds. Add steak and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add red and green bell peppers; cook, stirring, until just tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer the contents of the wok to a large plate.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the wok; add rice and stir until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. As you stir, pull the rice from the bottom to the top so it all gets coated with oil and evenly cooked. Return the steak, vegetables and eggs to the wok; add mango, lime juice, fish sauce and basil and stir until well combined.
Give grains a cooldown: To cool grains down quickly, spread them out on a foil-lined baking sheet. The surface area helps speed cooling, while the foil prevents any residual flavors on the pan from seeping in.
She told me thus

you know, you cannot rely on your adult kids anymore.
One day, they might put you into old folks home when you become useless.
Of course, there are chances that your adult kids might take care of you for life.
Hard to say but it is wise to keep some money aside for old age.
Just to be safe side
In the African culture parents are very very crucial and important to a growing child so is a grown up. I for one value my mum very much and would have done the same for my dad if he was still alive but he’s not. The thing is as we grow up and go to put own homes yes we won’t be there for our parents everyday but we will always be there whenever they need our help. I have never thought of putting my mum in an old peoples homè when she gets old, I just feel that they is not right. We need to take care of our parents whoever old and stubborn that get because we will also get there he some point and we need to ask ourselves some questions as well, will we want the same thing done to us when we get there? Am sure most of us will say no. So take some time and attend you your parents when they are old don’t leave them with strangers when you their family is still around. I always think that sacrificed so much for me why can’t I do the same for them. I saw my mum do the same for her mum and that moved me a lot. Don’t just say that they should plan themselves and learn to live by themselves that also need your help.
In all Islamic countries old persons and parents are considered blessing on earth and home and house. Here in my country old parents are more respected than young men and women all respect the old parents and never leave them alone in old age.
In other countries what the young men and women do with the old parents I do not know piratically but know verbally read or heard from someone.
I think personally old men and women must be respected because their fruits we are and we reject our second creator on earth is cruelty on earth. When some one ignores old parents the same process is repeated withe man who ignores his parents.
Parents are blessings on earth
We are their youth fruits
They are our second creators
They trunks and we are the trunks’leaves
And fruits and green branches
Full of maturity and wisdom
Full of experience and
Free of sins om old age
Sin free thoughts
Leading to heaven
They are oak trees
Under its shade we all sit
We must respect old parents because we are also born to be old one day and keep in mind youth is faithless like a young virgin and leaves you soon, do not boast of your youth because behind youth old age is waiting for its turn will come soon to touch you slowly making you bowing down your gait, hollow cheeks, wrinkled forehead, trembling hand and legs…a scarecrow standing in the field of corn to frighten not the crows or birds but children, young men and women all are fed up with old men.
