    • True trolling and bullying on online platforms has become a big nuisance. If anyone is having difficulty in the writings or expressions of view of the person who has done it. They can point out the issue in a polite and the person at the other end should also try and be sensitive and reply to the aggrieved party and explain. Everything should be sorted out by polite communication. The online platform owners have to create inbuilt mechanisms to see that such issues do not recur with the people who have expressed their views. But even those people who write or do anything online or in a public forum should understand that they are addressing a audience consisting of different thought processes and therefore should be careful in saying and doing what they say or do. Responsibility lies on the online platform owners and more importantly on the people who write, express or comment and those who react to it. Nobody should misuse the medium and the medium should not be blamed because of individuals perpetrating such acts.

Time management skill also play a crucial part in today’s life and distribution of time into small compartments will help one in not getting overworked and leaving them fatigued. Multitasking is important but it is better task to concentrate on one task at a time and finish it then switching on to the other. A healthy mind, body and soul are crucial for giving optimum output. It also does not toxify the body due to stress build up which is a common occurence when one is overworked. The list of do’s and dont’s are very useful. Very often we tend to forget these simple things in the hustle bustle of life without our knowledge and later regret when we fall sick and are in bed. Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, Envy Can Create Havoc in a Person’s Life 7 years, 12 months ago

Envy is one of the seven deadly sins. Envy causes so many to behave in odd ways. They may become mean and be on attack. Envious ones are very destructive. The attacks are a sign that there’s something that they’re […]

    • “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”
      – New Testament Scriptures

    • Often we go through feeling good about things, until we see someone with a better situation than our own. Professional athletes making millions of dollars a year have been known to aggressively protest because a teammate makes more money than they do. Everything was fine, until they eyed what another had. They fell under the spell of the green eye of envy.

If greed has slain its thousands, envy has slain its ten thousands. It destroys friendships, creates havoc at workplaces, and generally makes life miserable. Once bitten, it’s hard to heal.
We need to remember that everyone casts shadows on someone else, and few people sit on the mountain for very long. We long for things others have, often without counting our present blessings. Let’s examine this further:

      1. Not all blessings are suitable for all.
As God designs our life quite specifically, He also designs the blessings we will receive. Not every blessing would be suitable for us, and may not match our calling in life. We should ponder this when we’re tempted to envy another’s blessings. One person’s blessing, might be another person’s curse.
      2. It’s not hard to misunderstand God’s plan for our life.
When we long for the blessings that others enjoy, and even pursue them, we might stray from God’s plan for our life.

God provides us with the gifts and life situation that helps us to fulfill His plan. Sometimes we read another person’s life into our own life, thus creating misunderstanding. We want what they have, but God may not have designed those things for us. He has a different, better plan for us.

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, Not Every Situation Deserves Attention 8 years ago

There’s no need to address everything. Somethings don’t need attention. For instance if a group of people are behaving disorderly and projecting hatefulness and insults then we can choose to ignore. Giving […]

    • Yes, every situation does not deserve attention is a right but attention must be according to situation. I think that Is there a correct way to handle conflict? What are the effects of poor conflict management?

Conflict in the workplace might be inevitable, as employees have different personalities, goals, and opinions. Learning how to handle conflict efficiently is the key to preventing it from hindering employees’ professional growth.Conflict resolution is only a five-step process:

The more information you have about the cause of the conflict, the more easily you can help to resolve it. To get the information you need, use a series of questions to identify the cause, like, “When did you feel upset?” “Do you see a relationship between that and this incident?” “How did this incident begin?”

After getting each party’s viewpoint on the conflict, the next step is to get each to identify how the situation could be changed. Again, question the parties to solicit their ideas: “How can you make things better between you?”

As mediator, you have to be an active listener, aware of every verbal nuance, as well as a good reader of body language.

Just listen. You want to get the disputants to stop fighting and start cooperating, and that means steering the discussion away from finger pointing and toward ways of resolving the conflict.

The mediator needs to get the two parties to shake hands and agree to one of the alternatives identified in Step 4. Some mediators go as far as to write up a contract in which actions and time frames are specified. However,

it might be sufficient to meet with the individuals and have them answer these questions: “What action plans will you both put in place to prevent conflicts from arising in the future?” and “What will you do if problems arise in the future?”

This mediation process works between groups as well as individuals.

    • Time is precious and one must be very frugal in tis connection. We are not supposed to waste our time in useless activities. It would be a better idea to ignore some events, events that are not related to us in anyway.

But there are some situation that do need our attention.

    • For me, every situation at risk or not needs attention for if not, we cannot solve a conflict or settle some disputes. No matter how a situation big or small, we have to take concern. There are so many reasons why take focus on an issue or situation even if it is all about attack by terrorists far from your sight. There is nothing to share about to young children someday if a situation you ignored would come along after many years.

    • Or as I used to hear the old folks say when I was growing up: “Child! God did not die and live you in charge. So just back off and let Him do His job. He can the handle the world better than you anyway!” 🙂

I get it. Focus on the priorities. Don’t sweat the small stuff.

    • Running activates the whole body organs especially life organs that produce power for men’ whole body 24 hours that is running for everyone is must as routine.

Belief is everything. In the past nine months I’ve learned a lot of lessons about self confidence. When you toe the start line at 6am for an ultra you will have doubts, just as you did for the first half or full marathon.

It’s natural and the adrenaline is a good thing, but having experience – good and bad – to call on as a confidence booster is vital. Test yourself in your training runs. Put in a big hill at mile 13, stay on your feet for an extra half hour, even though you feel like you’re done. When you survive your belief will rocket.

There’s a popular quote about endurance events. “It’s 90 per cent mental. The other 10 per cent is all in your head.” This isn’t just a neat phrase, it’s entirely true. Your preparation needs to be mental and physical.

Learn to anticipate the tough bits but don’t fear them. Think about how you’re going to deal with the tiredness. Eventually you’ll recognise the feeling and be far more likely to push through the fatigue when it inevitably arrives.

    • That was very nice sport running, you know as an athelet you need to practice very hard because they other contenders which are preparing to win the race, you need to have a good coach which will teach you everything about what you want inback, to run is very hard sport but if you can time you time to practice you will go they and comeback as a winner. I love sports but my favorite was a football as am taking to you now am fan of cheseafc football club of england, that is my club fan them and i like the pattern of their playing, sports bring unity of countries to countries i really enjoy sports.

Furthermore, in almost every settlement of any size in Brazil you will be able to join in Carnival events. After Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, the most famous Carnaval festivals are the ones of Salvador and Pernambuco

Tanikka Paulk wrote a new post, When Dealing With Problematic Events 8 years ago

It can be quite difficult to solve some problems immediately. Some issues are just too great to solve, especially on our own. Sometimes we’ll need to communicate with professionals in order to solve some problems […]

    • Problems are part and parcel of human life but problems must be handled carefully and sensibly. very day, we meet all kinds of surprises and unexpected events. Most of them are of minor importance, but sometimes, they are major, or life shaking events of unpleasant nature, causing difficulties and problems.

Life is full of surprises and events that sometimes, shatter one’s daily routine. Some of them might be good and some of them not so good. Some are pleasant and others unpleasant.

Most people like to be in control of their lives, and therefore, are more at ease living the same kind life every day, following the same routine.

Tips for Dealing with Surprises and Unexpected Events:

Acknowledge the fact, and learn to accept that surprises and unexpected events are part of life and are unavoidable. When you accept this fact, to some extent, it will be easier to deal whatever happens in your life.Life is dynamic, not static. Change is part of life, and the sooner you acknowledge and accept this fact, the better it would be.

The key to everything is your attitude. A positive attitude is an asset in unexpected situations. Not all unexpected events are negative. Sometimes, what seems like a problem, or even a disaster, could be a blessing in disguise. A negative event can awaken ambition, motivation, and persistence, which would lead to progress and success.

Even getting fired from work, could eventually turn out well, as you might find a better and more satisfying job. A loss or failure can make you search for something better.

When making a plan, always have an alternate plan, in case the first plans fail. This would prevent you from falling into a state of helplessness, fear, and not knowing what to do next.

Wait for a few moments, before blurting out when confronting unexpected or unpleasant turns of fate. Before getting angry or panicking, look at what happened and assimilate the news. In many cases, this might something of minor importance that is easy to cope with. Maybe what happened is temporary, or something that can be easily fixed.

If what happened is irreversible, what good would you gain by becoming angry, stressed or panicked? You would gain nothing. Instead of getting flustered and confused, angry or feeling helpless, it would be much more useful to think constructively where you are going from there. You need to think how to adjust to the new situation and either fix it, improve it, or make the most of it.

    • It is legal to kill the drug smugglers because one drug smuggler becomes the enemy of thousands of innocent men ans women I say those who support the drug smugglers support the social evils in any country. It is a social evil spreading all over the world.

I think that Drug trafficking is a global illicit trade involving the cultivation, manufacture, distribution and sale of substances which are subject to drug prohibition laws.

At current levels, world heroin consumption (340 tons) and seizures represent an annual flow of 430-450 tons of heroin into the global heroin market. Of that total, opium from Myanmar and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic yields some 50 tons,

while the rest, some 380 tons of heroin and morphine, is produced exclusively from Afghan opium. While approximately 5 tons are consumed and seized in Afghanistan, the remaining bulk of 375 tons is trafficked worldwide via routes flowing into and through the countries neighbouring Afghanistan.
The Balkan and northern routes are the main heroin trafficking corridors linking Afghanistan to the huge markets of the Russian Federation and Western Europe.

The Balkan route traverses the Islamic Republic of Iran (often via Pakistan), Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria across South-East Europe to the Western European market, with an annual market value of some $20 billion.

The northern route runs mainly through Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan (or Uzbekistan or Turkmenistan) to Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. The size of that market is estimated to total $13 billion per year.
