Do you give up easily?

How many of us feel in terms of ‘I am proud to say that I never give up easily’. I am sure most of us will smile and say immediately they are confident they can handle any situation easily. But is it really the fact? It’s not the case with most of us, maybe some of us are extra ordinarily intelligent but can we say the same while facing the adversities of life?

Sometimes gave up something because I found it too hard to complete but that was in rare cases. But I did not do that until I tried my best before giving it up. Before giving up entirely I tried the proven method of keeping it on hold and give it a second try. But I can assure you that even though I postponed doing something but it was in my mind all the time.

Some of us give up easily when up against slightest of adverse conditions. For most people the life comes to an end when they fail in their relationship. Some others find it difficult adjusting with new places they have to go and stay for their business related demands or it could be situation like a failed attempt at a job interview.

Let me accept the fact I felt low when I saw my bank balance going down on several occasions I checked my balance. Let me tell you at the same time I never gave up but chalked out new strategies instead. Sometimes I smile when people think I am too old for doing something or starting something which is not expected from a person of my age that gives me more strength to finish that job as that gives me a chance for another smile.

I accept at times I act childish especially when people think that my plans were not practical or I was setting my goals way higher than I could achieve. I try better than my best because I want to prove them wrong.
