    • It's always best to try and stay focused especially the time of important things occuring. With everything that can go on in life I know it's hard to stay focused all the time, believe me. I seem to get really distracted and frustrated when there's alot going on. When I'm like this I know I'm not fully focused so throughout the day if something important comes up I write it down, so I can always go back. The best thing that helps me get my mind back focused is when I do a few simple work outs. It gets my heart to pumping and my mind to thinking. It also helps to get away sometimes, life can get real busy and frustrating.
