Everyone must have the concept of health from the very beginning because health is wealth and health is God’s blessing on earth. ‘Health’ is an elusive word. Most people who consider themselves healthy are not. And many people who are suffering from some known disease, may be relatively healthy.
Health is a concept which does not merely relate to the absence of disease, of healthy working of organs, or having good thoughts. Health is a holistic concept. It relates to a person as a whole. Not just the person you see, but also the person you ‘feel’. Health is a tri-une of three parts:
This is probably the easiest to define and yet it is sometimes the most difficult to understand. Physical health can be defined as a state in which all the body parts are anatomically intact and are performing their physiological functions perfectly and harmoniously. It is a very simplistic definition, but it basically covers everything like:
All the body parts should be there
All of them are in their natural place and position
None of them has any pathology
All of them are doing their physiological functions properly
And they work with each other harmoniously -
Yes everyone in the world takes ones health for granted since childhood. The concept that our body is a machine and has to be taken care well is not taught and highlighted. And this leads many to neglect their health by taking the same for granted. Till the time they land into some health issue or the other.
They seem to realize the value of their health only after the damage has been done and it is irreversible. Till that time people feel such things happen to others and not to me as I have never had any health issues in my life till now. This careless attitude is what is inviting health problems to oneself. Many also neglect or never care the messages which our body gives that something is really bad with our body and needs to be attended to. Till the time it crashes they keep continuing with it. I have heard about each of these before. I’ve tried the chilli one before and oh boy did it make me ill! I’ve also hear Panax Ginseng can help increase your metabolism also. I am going to try that again soon as I’m wanting to lose weight. Oh, green tea is supposed to help as well!

Okay I never knew that chilli can make one loose weight. I always have my food with chilli whatever needs to be cooked with chilli so be it. Though I have used it over th3 years am not sure am loosing weight but I can tell that my metabolism is good so far. As for th3 lemon water that one is real I know that lemon makes one loose weight and burn fat as well. I make it a habit to take apple cider at least three times in two weeks for th3 purpose of detoxing and so far it is doing me some good. I always feel rejuvinated when i take the cider.

I am not a diabetic and just a couple of days I got my report and noticed I have low blood sugar. I am a small eater and that is what my doctor says could be the issue. I am asked to eat several times in the day

It is very important to be health conscious to avoid bad sicknesses, but sometimes human as we are we cannot avoid temptation to eat foods that are against the body.It is bad to eat foods like what you mentioned here if having a diabetic family members in the past for that could be hereditary if not through abuse.

Enjoy all foods in moderation but if you are already diabetic, avoiding certain foods is something you must do. My late father was diabetic.

First I tell you what is blood sugar and from where it reachesin our blood. Blood sugar or blood glucose refers to sugar that is transported through the bloodstream to supply energy to all the cells in our bodies.
The sugar is made from the food we eat. The human body regulates blood glucose levels so that they are neither too high nor too low – maintaining a condition of stability or equilibrium in the blood’s internal environment (homeostasis) is necessary for our bodies to function.
The use of the word “sugar” in “blood sugar” is a colloquial term, a misnomer. Glucose, one type of sugar, is the one in the bloodstream that feeds cells and matters to us.
The human digestive system breaks down the carbohydrates from food into various sugar molecules – one of them is glucose, the body’s principal source of energy. The glucose goes straight from the digestive system into the bloodstream after we have consumed and digested food. Glucose can only enter cells if there is insulin in the bloodstream too. Without any insulin the cells would starve.
After we eat, blood sugar concentrations rise, the pancreas releases insulin automatically so that the glucose enters cells, as more and more cells receive glucose, blood sugar levels come down to normal again. Excess glucose is stored as glycogen (stored glucose) in the liver and muscles.

Procrastination is a bad habit because it loses the chances of success in life because chances ever come in human life. The brave avail of chances bravely and the coward wait for the chances until happens mishap in life.
I think that Procrastination means to postpone doing something, especially as a regular practice. It is also to delay something that one should do and it is not done because one does not want to do it. There are habits that do not do any good to people but harm, procrastination is one among them.

Filling your day with low priority tasks from your To Do List.
Reading e-mails several times without starting work on them or deciding what you’re going to do with them.Sitting down to start a high-priority task, and almost immediately going off to make a cup of coffee.
Leaving an item on your To Do list for a long time, even though you know it’s important.
Regularly saying “Yes” to unimportant tasks that others ask you to do, and filling your time with these instead of getting on with the important tasks already on your list.
Waiting for the “right mood” or the “right time” to tackle the important task at hand
I think if ant procrastinator will act upon these steps he will overcome this bad habit.

To tell the truth I can say that kids are the most intelligent people in this earth. We normally assume that kids don’t see or understand the things that we do; but the truth is that they tend to watch us the grownups doing our things and copy what they can. But when they see something that they may not agree with that will probably ask a lot of questions. I agree that children don’t need to be lied to or even Hi we stuff from them. They become very curious when they grow up, and start asking questions so the best thing is to always create time to tell to them and explain anything that they may want to know it’s very important.

Yes treating your child with respect, telling him the truth of what ever question he asks you is very good. It’s also good to make him feel very important and also make him believe that you are the only one that can tell them the truth of any of their question. When u was a kid, I was really a very inquisitive type and my mother simply said I was going to be intelligent and I thank God I am today. Children who are always inquisitive to know what goes on around them and how it happens gathers a lot of knowledge and this help them to be intelligent as they grow gradually. I really am interested in kids that are inquisitive cos they remind me of my childhood days and my childhood questions. These kinda children who ask questions a lot are very noisy and talks a lot. Due to their acquired knowledge, they tend to talk a lot about what they have learnt from their parents. Actually not all children are question, they keep quiet and just grow like that without knowing anything. Most times these children end up in being dummies in their classes due to their quiet nature.

Did you steam the corns with its leaves? My son loves to eat corn too!
I normally cook it in the hot water for time saving,fast!
I found the corn is more expensive nowadays if compared to those old days. It costs RM1.50 or even more per piece. I don’t really understand what is the reason behind.
Thus, I not buy very often, just wait when there is some offer, like 5 for RM5. The cheapest I have ever gotten was RM0.50 per piece at the wholesale wet market.
However, it could make me scared on if it contains too much chemical residuals or not. Thus, I did not purchase too many.
The corns from Cameron Highland are very nice to eat, very sweet and have two colours, white and yellow, it could be DNA modified type.
After steaming, apply some butter and salt on the top would make the corn taste even better and sweet, I think. However, I not do in this way very often as I am the lazy type mummy, again. Haha!
