I agree with shavkat, it begins with the family morals what do you as afamily stand for when it comes to morality? Do you think giving kids freedom is the way to go, or do you think teaching about sex and intimacy in schools is appropriate? If you are able to choose and see what works well then you are good to go. But the thing is when you ar3 growing up as achild it’s the moral obligation of the parents to teach the child about the immorality that is out there. If you are too busy to even talk to your children about sex then you have a problem because that is when the fund the opportunity to go and try out for themselves and the consequences are usually unwanted pregnancies as they call them.and when you finally approach them and start accusing them of being immoral or careless what do you think they will say “you never taught me anything or you never warned me that if I did this this would happen” and then the blame of course shifts back to the parent. So I would say both the parents and th3 children are to blame altogether because it’s all about choices and when we make bad choices we have to live with the consequences.

With this kind of situation for the girl who is the victim of early pregnancy should be given the appropriate attention. There is no need to resort to finger pointing or blaming. The situation should be taken in its proper perspective in favor of the pregnant teenage girl. It is not only the embarrassing condition of the preggy but also the future of the child whom she carries with her on her tomb. Nothing could work if the culprit is run after for the blame, for the punishment to be imposed upon him.
Parents, guidance counselors, the representative from the welfare services should convene an take up this matter. Parents should be amendable for the advice and the suggestions given by the counselors, the representative if welfare. Parents have something to be accountable. There are times that they are not looking after for their girl. With that this particular incident do happen. But it is not yet too late to amend all those things in amiss.
