Airlines if they want to tighten their belts. It is better they provide good quality service, maintain flight times, see that passengers are not harassed, provide amenities to passengers at airports rather than charging and making every service a pay and use variety, See customer is respected from whichever part of the world one is.
They should avoid too much of automation and cutting of jobs as if any serious problem arises then manpower is required to handle such issues and machines will not solve the problem. Respect employees for what they are appreciate their work, see their requirements are well taken care of and they are not treated as use and throw material or like a tissue paper.

Employed people should be thankful, they are blessed because they are given the opportunity to prove their worth, to be productive to support their families.

Agree with what you say that having gainful employment is a very important thing for anyone be it man or woman. There are many companies who are neutral to all and look at all categories and show no favoritism when it comes to appointments and other benefits. There are many other employers who because they are giving a job try to control the employees, pay them low wage, make them work more time, do not appreciate talent all such things put off the employees. If the employees do not want to work and would want to change the job they would not allow them to go.
While job is a very important thing and one has to thankful for having a job it should be fair both to the employer and employee no one should feel shortchanged and both should not feel they are doing the other a favor by doing what they are doing. Both should understand it is give and take and demand and supply at work. Appreciate the interesting blog post.

Thank you Krishna for your nice reply. Both male and female employees should have equal employment opportunities based on their qualifications; but female employees, like you said, should be given equal treatment; equal rights by her employers. Discrimination is not acceptable anywhere.

Based on what you have told what it shows is your week has become 21 days as you have not had two Sunday’s rest which is very important for any individual as otherwise it starts telling on ones body and reflects negatively on our body at one point of time or another. Our body is also like a mobile and needs recharge daily.
If the same is not provided with daily sleep along with the weekend booster it has a negative impact on the health of the individual. Some of the problems are mind always being on work mode and unable to rest, difficulty in sleeping and lack of sleep too in some, overthinking due to more workload, unable to take rest in a relaxed way, muscles of the body not being able to relax and loosen up, lack of communication with family also has its own inherent problems. Thanks for the share.

with that said have to say your are right to some limit cause if you spend you whole weekend you will be so lazy if you just sat at home, and thats it, but if you do some activities like shopping, like going to the gym for one hour or even visit friends in another city or so its good other wise you will not like your work if you lived in the same routine daily. so relax is good in a way but over the limit is really harmful more than enjoyable or healthy. im sure all agree with this
