I’m so happy that you’re about to think about your anxiety and stress in a positive light! However… For me… it’s not been the case. Anxiety has ruined my relationships with people and emotional stability. I’ve struggled with anxiety, stress and depression way too much…

Honestly, any movie that’s even slightly sad will make me cry. I was sobbing so hard while watching Marley and Me that I had my very first asthma attack (I decided that I’m not allowed to watch Marley and Me again.) It took me years to bring my self to watch Titanic and when I did, I was sad about it for DAYS.

I mostly stick to T.V shows now, Doctor who, Supernatural and many more have brought me to tears more than once (Shadowhunters???) It’s low key problematic but it’s not that big of a deal. A lot of people think my over-sensitivity is funny, so it’s all good and dandy.

Perks of Being a Wallflower is my favourite movie though… It’s so good and so s a d.

Ah yes chocolate and french fries. I had almost forgotten about the need for chocolate and the craving for greasy fries. This is all making me very hungry ahahaha
