If keep on thinking abut the trauma it creates constant fear and scare. The best way is to pray so hard, dance once in a while , sing your favorite song and eat ice cream.

It is a “curable”/manageable condition but only if you acknowledge you have it and accept the circumstances. @JoDee Stout, No, I never had suffered depression. I always think severally if the cause is at the extreme. Also, I have so many best friends I can talk to and enjoy all the moment. It is not a good deal to combat depression.
