Not sure.  There are thousands of websites started overnight to offer Bitcoins for clicking on Ads..  And for referrals..  There are many websites offering 6% returns per day to their investment…  One day all of these websites accumulate millions of dollars and shutdown their operations…  None of them are legal and have approvals to do that business.

One just has to be so careful and alert, so that they don’t make the mistake, that many did on Bubblews to be ‘owed’ ‘seven payouts’.   Why keep writing?
