Flood, flood, flood always flood to experience in our university that is why the main campus soon will be transferred to is 300 hectares location two years from now. Many lost valuable properties due to flood. That flood occurred despite no storm only non-stop rains.

Yes and so many people die from floods. Its so sad. I cant imagine what i would do in a time like that. My heart goes out to those people

@leonora fourie, It is indeed sickening to see and hear about agonies felt by flood victims,The time they lost their homes and properties would surely be a one cause for them to live in distress and solitude for years.

I am sure, because those malls were constructed a lot of trees were cut down and your place is now mostly malls. Thus, your school now and your place gets flooded whenever there is rain.
I think , the government forgot to require those malls their water drainage system wherein waters coming from the rain will not be stagnant and would just keep rising because there is nowhere where they can flow to ultimately like a big drainage system.
Our city is also flood prone many years before. Because it is a constant problem whenever it rains, the mayor really had DPWH, think of ways to have the city a good drainage system.
So in a matter of a year, the government constructed ditches and a good drainage system in the city. Now, the city has been flood free for the past years despite the construction of new malls. 🙂

@Dina, Thank you friend for sharing your opinion about flood problem in our city and most specifically in the university where I teach so horrible water or flood height reached the first floor of the building so high that no cars were saved and stranded were 5,000 plus students and teachers, no food, no drink, no light that night they were stranded, so horrible.
We hope here that the government fins the effective solution to stop the occurrences of flood every storm and rainy days.

Many building were built, some of them encroaching or blocking water canals, also illegal logging or cutting of trees in the mountains cause flash floods. Some people just throw plastics and other non-biodegradable wastes in waterways, and people encroaching creeks, canals, etc. thus impeding water flow.

Climate change is the main cause of the many changes of our atmosphere this time. There is always rain here despite not a rainy month. It will be ironical if summer time here there is everyday rain hahaha, it will be a funny one.

I take fish oil supplement. The one I take has the label Alaska deep sea omega 3.
ANd I can vouch for what it has done nicely to me.
It helped me have a sharp memory ever since I was taking it. I was forgetful before, but not anymore.
I can already memorize a cellphone number should I want to. I don’t forget things anymore.
Most of all , people would say that I look so much younger than my actual age, when they come to know my age. And I think fish oil in addition to the Vitamin E supplement I am taking contributes to my looking younger than my age.

It is our responsibility to protect our hair and health. It is not only using the tight shampoo and its amount that makes hair strong and healthy, but also the foods e eat. There are foods that help regrow hair .There are many reasons why hair just fall and just look dull, that is because of the vitamins not nourished for the hair.
I agree with you, my friend. This is the reason why I use natural shampoos which has no parabens or other harmful ingredients. This is also present in bath soaps.
I always dilute. I learned that years ago when I used to go to the Salon. They mix the shampoo 1 part shampoo, 2 parts water so it goes in quick, suds quick, rinses quick.
Is that true, that we have to dilute our shampoo with water before washing our hair with it.
I love it when I put shampoo on my hair and I even leave it for about two minutes especially my shampoo with moringa. I thought doing that would make it more effective.
And really, too much undiluted shampoo can ignite grey or white hairs?
Though, I started having white hairs when I reached my 40’s. I guess I inherited it from my mother for having white hair at an early age.
Though from now on, I will remember to dilute my shampoo in water first before pouring them to my hair. 🙂
I surely didnt know shampoo has that bad negative effect on hair. I always thought the. More expensive shampoo the better. I did know theyve got chemichals but wouldnt geuss it wil turn me bold and my hair grey. But from now an i wil delute my shampoo. Dont wanna go bold and grey
@Dina, yes my dear, always dilute your shampoo to avoid hair fall and greyful hair.Try to rinse your hair with lemon grass, but this is a very tiring work, you know you have to extract the juice of the lemon grasses and use the extract in rinsing your scalp and hair.Your hair will surely great again.
@leonora fourie ,That is the best way to escape grey hair at an early age ,plus hair falling might happen every bathing so diluting the shampoo with water could save our hair and self.
I use the dollar store shampoo I think there all
ready a lot of water in it I use the 3 in one
body wash, shampoo and condtior I m 54 no gray
hair at this time but I am all so single no wife no kids
David Hersh , hehehe that is the effect of being singe, less hassle in life so less chance for a hair to turn white, for there is always comfort of life unlike married life full of mysteries.
Wow I don’t even know that using shampoo can turn my hair grey and white. Looks like I need to first dilute the shampoo with water then only put it on my hair. Thank for the info.
