@support There is another issue and that is quality. While the community can report those blogs that are plagiarised what is a quality blog only the site can say.  I therefore feel all is not ok with this revised system.

@support  There is yet another issue.  When blogs appear in the blogs section users comment on them and earn something.  What will happen to those earning if the blogs are rejected at the time of redemption ?

Better reject the blog right away than wait for the redemption day only to be rejected because it is payment time, so awful.I still encourage my friend to write once in a while until his payment sent thru his pay pal.
