@shaloo walia I think they had a inter-site gift scheme in between members in their mind at the beginning of the site about 2 years before but that service has yet to take off. It just improves your rank as who made how many comments and nothing else- not for the time being at least. 

@scheng1 I know HubPages was always a profitable site, and one thing that people always liked about it was the ability to use their own ads and affiliate links. It’s certainly something Meg can look into for the longer term. For now, I believe she wants to leave everything as is.

They have Adsense and they have affiliate marketing to fund the site.

Persona Paper has to shut down because their Adsense account was banned.

I do not know the reason for it, but once Google bans anyone, it will not re-consider the application.

Without Adsense, it is impossible to earn.
