Maybe person like that feel she or he is insult which is illogical reason. Leave that person alone.Did she reply you nicely? Or never had she replied you?

@support I think we can adopt a model I saw on another site:

Moderation with some moderators being some of the quality blog writers on the site themselves, who can mentor the other folks as well.

The bloggers can be paid some extra token money which does not pinches the LB Admin
