Intersting findings right there and very informative too. As much as this sounds really scary it seems like snake venom is used to cure quite a number of ailments. Someone told me about this and i used to think its a hox. I always used to ask myself how can snake venom be used as medice when it kills human beings, but again it is said that saliva is very dangerous and toxic as well, yet it is in our mouths all the time thats just how ironic life can get. Anyway for me its sounds quite scary to think that i am taking medicine that is made from snake venom, not unless am given and am not aware, that way i might just take it but not when am aware about it. |

That is right many of medicines which we consume depending what they are for contain not only snake but venom’s and oils or tissues of many of the living organisms. But in the lab they ar putt in the right quantity and the medicine is prepared. This is a fact. It is also used only after extensive research and trials so whatever the doctor suggests to us are safe unless our body may not accept a particular medicine due to some reason. Then an alternative is given for the same and treatment is continued. They do no harm the snakes or kill them when they remove the venom. It is done as per ethical rules and guidelines laid down by the concerned medical bodies involved in the work. |
