@peachpurple Congratulations! I am really happy to know that. Yes, it’s a good sign that the team is with us here and they appreciate our hard work too.

I would like to spend more time on those groups as well and the blog posts too, but it seems like time is not enough for us to do so much. I am trying to work on these as much as I can too. I didn’t work much today, as I was sleepy and slept for long hours, and I went out for lunch too. It’s already night time here, so I guess I can just start working hard tomorrow. 🙂

Hope more surprises for us, and encouragement to all the members too!

Great job to those that received a bonus. That is a great incentive to encourage more people to be active and promote LB. I am trying to promote the site and the blog posts every chance I get. I do not have a ton of followers on Twitter, but I am slowly gaining one or two a week. Lol  Twitter is a little new for me and I have not gotten used to it yet.

@kaka135 We will surely miss you when you have the baby, but it is so wonderful that you will have time to bond with your baby and enjoy the time while they are so small. It definitely goes by way too fast and I often wish that I could have another go at them being babies. But then I get over it quick and just appreciate them now at their ages. You will have to pop in once in a while to say hi and how you are doing.

@kaka135 I agree with everything @morgoodie has said in her comment. You will be missed so I hope you will pop in to say hi and share some pics of our nephew with us.

All the best to you and you both are in our prayers.  This place will seem very quiet while you are gone but I know from experience that the first few weeks after delivery are very exhausting and sleep and rest are of paramount importance.

@sunil My questions are not only about the rewards and points, and all the points are still only on a page so still just a figurative appreciation. Let’s see if this hen is going to start laying eggs or just… you know, what hens usually do.

@Rapid Blue I agree with your point but I will wait for the hen to mature first and come in the position to lay eggs. I am not in favor of cut its stomach and take the golden eggs out 🙂 I will do it when the time comes.

@morgoodie This is one of the reasons I like BlogJob and now LB, we do not only earn money by blogging and interacting, but also learn some social media marketing skills, and of course the friendly and helpful community here. I guess when we just started something new, we need to be patient to sow the seed and wait for it to reap.

Yes, I agree that children grow up really fast, and hence we really have to seize the time being with them. I am really grateful to be a stay at home mom, so I can spend more time with my children. I will surely come online whenever possible. 😀

@4cryingoutloud Congratulations on your award too! It’s so happy to hear that so many members are awarded and encouraged too.

@dawnwriter Yes, I think these awards certainly encourage us to participate more in forums and also write more blogs. 🙂

Congratulations to @kaka135 and @grecy095 for the bonuses! I also received a bonus, though smaller than yours because the two of you are more active than I am by quite a bit! It was a nice surprise, and I want to thank @admin and @support for the encouragement 🙂

As you know, I don’t like to get too much into the specifics of earnings. But I can verify that I’ve published a post of more than 1,000 words that received 15 cents. I hope that encourages some people to publish ore of the lengthy pieces, as search engines today prefer that longer length.
