An Edit option is a MUST in my opinion..

I think that most of you will agree on this one. We need an edit option on our forum posts or blog posts ASAP. While writing a blog post, I inputted the photo that I meant to upload as an Thumbnail photo, but I ended up with no actual thumbnail photo, but the photo inserted inside the content. I had to submit 2 posts due to the previous mistake I have made. But now seriously, having an Edit option would be a lot easier and helpful. I sent a plea to the staff, to provide us that option, and in the mean time delete one of my post, the one without the thumbnail inserted. I do not know for the adjusted article, if its going pass the approval, but the first one is going down for sure. So what are you guys thinking, do we need an Edit option? Delete option too.. This is not a minor remark, it is major when it comes to writing.. I know that we should proofread our texts and better safe than sorry, but an Edit option would be handy too. 😉

I totally agree… sometimes I reread an item and there are mistakes, simple mistakes I would love to fix. |

@egzoski, you’ve just joined here and you’re, of course, new to the common issues that were presented for the admin for resolution. The issue of enabling “edit” option to either in the blog post or in the forum. We’ve no action so far from the admin. We’ve no choice but to be extra careful of what we post so that it would be in order. By the way, the only thing that we could edit is our comment we post in the subject forum. After we post our comment in the said forum, we have still a few minutes to edit it. If you are keen enough to observe it, you could see it on the right lower portion of the comment box, after you’re done with your comment. Check it after you react in this comment of mine. Remember there are lots of common issues that we had already sent to the admin for action. If you’ve time, try to search them. That is a good move to do before you create a query or question in the forum. You will be facing more irritating “issues” here. Your patience is all it takes to handle them all. If you’re not that kind of person, you’ll get easily hurt and frustrated. It’s time to be adjusted. It’s time to make yourself comfortable by knowing all those things. Take you time. Good day! |

That is quite right it is must to have edit option in this site, I have seen in some site there is no edit option so that I am worrying about spelling mistakes in that site. But in this site I am posting the articles which are already checked spelling mistakes and grammar also. |

@Ваљон, For those who were ahead of us, this was their long time observation, no edit option.This is very important so we can have an auto correction of some errors. We need to proofread severally our post before submitting them.It takes time, additional burden.There are also sites like this site without edit portion, so annoying sometimes. Somehow, there might be a better performance of this site.LB will gradually improve everything.They won’t put up much capital this time; they have to assure first quality , consistent and persistent writers that can support the site. |

I concur with you on this one. those two buttons the delete and the edit buttons are very important. it is much easier for someone to rectify a mistake when they see it, before they post their work their by avoiding any kind of repeated work. so yes am for it and the admin should consider it. |

@Ваљон and @Anitah Gimase you can edit you comment immediately after writing it and see any typo or wrong info but once someone else has posted your edit option is gone. |

It will be better if there is edit option so we will have smooth sailing in our writing and commenting.It is time wasting looking or finding errors in what we write.We cannot detect for we cannot see the signals.I hope @shaloo wali, one of the topnotchers here would want to appeal to admin to include the edit option in this site. |
