As age advances, people do suffer from sleeplessness. This is not only the factor but this may happen due to health conditions also. If one is running blood pressure, sometimes during nights suddenly this feeling develops and one can not sleep in spite of best efforts. The best way to come out of this situation is to come out of bed and spend time doing some useful activity. Listening to music, Listening to interesting songs, programs, watching good and nice programs on T.V is good. Once, the brain settles down it is better to do meditation for a while to have a good sleep. One should not do meditation immediately after getting out of bed. It may sometimes be fatal. So, make the brain settle slowly and then do yoga or meditation.

Good thing I don’t have high blood pressure. I just have a hard time sleeping that’s all
