| Log into your PayPal account> go to your account> Go to manage emails> Add email ID and save it. you will immediately receive a mail in your new mail ID to confirm it > Click at the link and you’re done. You can add 4-5 mail ID in one PayPal account. Once you have added that email ID you can ask for redemption on this site. Why bother admin or support for this small job? | |
| I am sure that by now, you have your problem solved. Maybe next time, you shouldn’t mentioned the username because when you left out others, they feel neglected, although I know you don’t mean it. Anyway, best of luck | |
| Thank you guys, I was able to solve my problem after i replied you yesterday. I opened my profile and edit the portion where my address was seen empty, so timing. I filled that empty slot with my email add affiliated with Pay pal. |
