| Maybe, and maybe, when there is death penalty in the Philippines, there is no this great problem on drugs. People are just brave enough to sell and trade shabu and marijuana and other kinds of illegal drugs because even when they are caught, they can still do transaction inside the jails. But when President Duterte assumed office, the drastic action of his government just get too much attention because of his actions. In the end, its the killings that really threaten other drug personalities in the country. |
